Nice place to chill and have a warm drink and snack. Friendly staff too! Unfortunately did see a few people coming in off the street taking food from the fridges and leaving without paying, and there's not much the staff can really do to stop them.
Lively atmosphere with delicious foods. The perfect weather for Pret's chicken red rice & greens broth soup.
Nice pret, doesn't get too crowded during weekdays. Staff are fast. The only downfall is that they don't do freshly made smoothies... I have pret subscription and I'm missing out on this perk since this is my closest pret. Otherwise very good experience and service.

Friendly staff, always clean. Lots of room, so you're almost guaranteed a seat. Seating outside too. Avoid just after school as it get a busy then, but is quieter after 6 pm. I wish Pret would up their game on the coffee they sell. At more than £3 a cup there is far better near by. Although you don't get the space you have in Pret.
Busy place, staff friendly and offered to help, I walk with crutches and couldn't carry items to a table. Only issue was people with prams taking up space, which made it difficult to move around. Food was hot and tasty, I had macaroni cheese lasagna, strange combination but it was very nice.

Since this branch was opened I have been served by Nicolas and a girl with a Spanish flag on her shirt, this 2 guys always there smiling and giving both fast and high quality service!!.
Also, 3 months ago I left my mobile phone really early in the morning and I went back at 10 pm of the same day, I knock the door and the person who opened the door already knew that was me.

Such a beautiful Pret, the inside is stunning, so much space to sit. There is also outside seating. The staff are nice and friendly.
I come here for a little morning coffee and some time alone sometimes and it’s really lovely.

Nice location with outdoor seating. In this recent weather that is by far the single most important feature of any coffee shop in my opinion, it doesn’t matter that their indoor seating is limited or if they close the upstairs.
Good range & space, lots of seating, toilets but often out of order
A very pleasant and relaxing place to have lunch. Vegan options greatly appreciated but there could be more and each item should be labelled.
So far so good. The food is standard Pret but a deep store with lots of room in the back. Staff are excellent. Toilets are kept locked & clean despite the addicts on Upper St.

One of the best cafes in this restaurant chain. Very kind & friendly staff and a few baristas make really great coffee, which unfortunately rarely happens in this company lately..
