Good coffee ..... this one is on the Leadenhall street .... there is some sitting place available in the coffee shop too ..... overall the staff and service was good ..... it’s usually quick but in busy times also the waiting time is not much
The most authentic Italian style coffee of any major chain, my favourite of those chains. Staff here seem to be largely Italian too, they really try hard to please as well. Downstairs is good for small business meetings, though the branch is slightly scruffy, needs a refit?
Serves up a decent coffee fix and is a good spot to catch up with work colleagues if you need some time out of the office. Close to the Gherkin and Liverpool St Station.

Not too much space to drink nice Americano. But staff pleasant and helpful.Only small basement area and a long way down but good choice of coffees and cakes.
The customer service is great. The staff are always accommodating and the downstair seating area makes a perfect place to get work done before normal office hours start.
