Very nice staff and wants to help, Jo from the station offered me a 5* experience doing everything that was in her power for helping me with my lost oyster card. Her assistance, support and kindness were really appreciated.

The staff was extremely friendly. They answered my questions. One of them was unrelated to TfL and they took some time to find it out for me.
My experience was great, Mohan at the information centre at Victoria station spent time explaining the London Pass and Oyster Card. However, with any vacation there will be setbacks . My recommendation would be, just ask someone, Londoners appear closed off, until you engage them. They love their city and will share in conversation.
