one of the best destinations in canary wharf, healthy, light and good for you, love the combo's and portions. Very good fast food place! You have a choice of soups, salads, special sandwiches and plates. Even chicken green curry! We find the food here more tasty than in other fast food places we have tried in London so far. You have a few tables to sit and free still or sparkling water! Very clean. Friendly staff (special thanks to Renata). Fast service. Definitely recommend!

Lovely and healthy food!!! It was my first time there, Afonso explained how it all works, he was very friendly and the food was incredible! Can’t wait to go back and try the other dishes, they are healthy, fresh with some creative seasoning. It was great to see they are using compostable materials. Thanks and see you on Monday!!!

**Edit** After kindly being given then opportunity to retry their menu - I’ve updated my rating. I had the Poached Trout & Avocado Egg Pot. I was certainly impressed by this combination and would definitely visit again. As per my previous visit the staff were very friendly and accommodating. *initial review below* £3.99 for a dry flat bread with a little bit of egg and mushroom. Staff friendly though.

Ignore 1 star feedbacks, it’s only people with one or two reviews (not honest). I completely disagree with them, the food is nice. I took Thai green chicken curry and it was fine. Quite simple but good enough according price. And employees are very sensitive, leaving time for you to choose what you want to order. Bonus compare to other place around: you can take a seat and eat there.

Red root dahl served in cardboard cup and matching lid! Wouldn’t look as enticing served another way. Excellent gorgeous flavour, would have this again... or likely would try the soup with the coconut in it. Washed down with carrot juice, yum. Plus free welcome water. Shared some succulent jackfruit too, wow. Neat little nook to eat in or easy take-out. Nice servers.

Probably the best healthy fast casual in Canary Wharf! Healthy of the genuine kind so long as you actually have one of the soups, salads or boxes *before* your muffin or brownie! 😋 Extremely gluten free and vegan friendly. All the muffins and baked treats are gluten free. Only flatbreads are not. Many dishes are Vegan including a Jackfruit box. The menu clearly indicates both gluten free and vegan. Also love their water fountain - no plastic water bottles here, but you can buy a reusable canteen if you like. Do you like Pret? Leon? You might love this 😁
