Honestly, Costa is not my favourite coffee out there. However, I travel often to London and will always stop by to order my coffee!
An older man with grey hair (likely the supervisor) is a gentleman and deserves a raise!
Superb customer service! Super kind and professional. He noticed me and my girlfriend looking at our coffee and came to ask if anything was wrong. We didn’t even need to complain or anything and he was already there ready to help!

I really want to thank the guy who works night shift today as a cashier! He was very friendly and knows how to be happy while working despite sleepless and impatient customers! Hope he ll take it’s rightful place :)

Despite the very long queue outside the place, service was fast and Amine very friendly. I got my nicely steamed cappuccino in time to make it to the train!

This morning I have arrived to the airport, my daughter wanted babychino, my brain was totally dead and I could not remember my pin :( the lovely staff members made the babychino with flake for my lil one and gave it to her for free! I was so tired so I did not take even name of them but I would like to say thank you so much, this little act of kindness was better then millions , thank you.
