This place is amazing for those with a sweet tooth. Children will enjoy the color and the adults will adore the flavor. The atmosphere is modern and relax with a range of popular music. Would recommend to anyone.
Reese’s shake is the one to get, it’s made very thick and it’s nice and filling. I’ve also ordered cookie doughs, generous portions served with soft ice cream
The girl that served us was super friendly and helpful, an asset to the company. The prices are a bit high. We had 2 cakes with ice cream the price she said I thought was for both but it was actually each. It was nice but I don't think it was worth the price tag.
The food is amazing at this restaurant, ordered the Hot n Spicy burger meal 3 times and was never disappointed, came to my address hot and fresh. Also, I have visited the shop and was very pleased with the outstanding level of service that cakes and shakes provided.

This place has amazing customer service, alongside amazing milkshakes. I have to say everytime I enter the shop I feel very welcomed by a young man called yunus, he is one of the nicest people I have met in a dessert shop! Keep up the good work yunus you are going places. The vibes are everlasting

Milkshakes was spot on with the perfect consistency and it went well with some American snacks ( cheetos flamin hot) to be precise. Highly recommend to get your sugar fix from Cakes & shakes.

Honestly amazing staff and amazing desserts!
First time visit, the guy serving was so polite and helpful, very cheerful and just wants to be friends with every customer. Prefer this place to Creams as you feel more valued. Will be back loads more times

Really good and always buzzing. Thick creamy shakes with a range of flavours. They are open till late as well. Not as fancy as some of the newer places but it's always a great spot to pick up a shake or to chill.
Contrary to the bad reviews, I have always gone to cakes and shakes and have found their food extremely delicious! Their fudge cakes with ice cream are tasty, and the staff are always friendly and reliable. They're a bit pricey, but everything is worth it!
