Fantastic Indian restaurant with a great atmosphere and a decent selection of both veg and non-veg . We had the poppadoms and chutney, vegetable korahi, chicken dhansak, coconut rice and peshwari naan: all delicious, and a huge about for lunch but totally worth it.
Best curry on Brick Lane for sure. Service was brilliant and food was out of this world and really reasonably priced.

Love this place!! Delicious food with brilliant service on brick lane - lovely spot to eat outside and people watch. Ali was especially brilliant and made our visit really enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Visiting family here, was on the look out for amazing Indian food, randomly found this place. Best butter chicken I’ve ever had! Definitely a place to check out with friends and family. The place is so beautiful inside as well. Service was very up to par! Definitely be back when I’m in London again!!!! 🥰
Really lovely meal and the service we received was amazing from all off the waiting staff. They recommended plates which they thought we would like and even offered to replace them if we didn’t like them! Been twice and cannot recommend enough
15/10/22: after a very long day on the Bethnal Green Ale Trail, we decided to head to Brick Lane, to the area renown for good curries! We were greeted by several chaps along the way beckoning us in, but warmed to one fella at Preem Restaurant & Balti House, and followed him inside.
Preem started in 2000 and provides fresh and sustainable ingredients, definitaking you on a culinary experience. Classic recipes to Chef specials are available.
Seated near the kitchen, we were welcomed and served promptly inside the busy restaurant. The food smelt divine, it was clean and we had a good table. Menus presented with a great choice of everythjng Indian. We chose Balti chicken rogan josh, chicken rogan josh, vegetable curry, chicken tikka naga, lamb bhuna, balti chicken, a peshwari naan, pilau rice, coconut rice and a Cobra beer each. The poppadom starters didn't last long with mango, mint and lime chutneys. We were very full after it and happy with our choice!
Absolutely delicious meal late last night and great service. Recommend the garlic chilli chicken and sag prawn.
The best restaurant on brick lane! Such great food and the service was 10/10. Big thanks to Rafi for looking after us so well, we’ll be back!

What a fantastic place, no wonder their neighbors are jealous about them. (read to the end for details.)
The staff were incredibly accommodating, even with our large group of 13 people.
Food was perfect, absolutely delicious. A few of us were vegetarian so we got the vegetarian meal for 4, and each dish complimented the other, and every bite was full of flavour. I'm very pleased that they had really tasty veg options available. They were so good that when I came back to my seat, one of our carnivore friends was sitting in my seat tucking into one of the vegetarian dishes and he was definitely enjoying it. (I felt bad asking him for my seat back lol)
The service was impeccable and every staff member was polite, and attentive. They had very good banter, and made sure that our every need was met. They are hardworking, patient professionals who will ensure you get the service you want and deserve. We were definitely very well looked after, and were even offered chocolates on the way out.
This restaurant is so good that it has very bitter, jealous neighbors. There's a restaurant just across from it, and a few of our group were outside chatting whilst others had gone inside to sit upon arrival.
One of the staff members from the neighboring restaurant walked across the street to tell one of our friends something to the tune of "good luck with the stomache aches" and then he casually strode off back to his home turf. That was the most immature thing I've ever seen a competing restaurant do.
I can tell you that I went outside twice to smoke before our group was finished dining, I caught a glimpse of the inside of that diabolical restaurant and I never saw anyone dining inside, at all. Perhaps it was desperation and jealousy that upon seeing us outside, they thought to try some underhanded ploy to get us to change our minds and go to their establishment instead. Hahahaha, clowns. We chose the right place!

Ali was an absolute joy to talk to, some of the best service I’ve ever experienced! The lamb so so tender and the cauliflower bajis were to die for! We’ll definitely be back again!
