Excellent tasting food, loads if flavour and perfect amiunt of spice. Very affordable lunch deal and quick service. Would recommend. The curry goat did have a fair amount of bones in but were large enough to spot easily and gave the curry a great flavour, so was actually a bonus. The meat was extremely tender too.

Very pleased with my first delivery order from Grace Caribbean Cuisine. 1) Loved the large portion of Brown stew chicken with rice and peas, the large Guinness punch drink and the slice of banana cake. 2) The portion size was great and the chicken pieces were cut to a good size (not too small) proportionate to a stew dish. The stew chicken was tender and soft and the gravy and rice was tasty, seasoned well and delicious. 3) The Guinness Punch drink reminded me of my traditional Caribbean family dinners on Sundays - currently too full to review the Banana cake! 4) The Just Eat delivery driver was polite, arrived early and checked my ID (for the drink ordered). 5) The online menu was clear, informative with good pricing - overall good value for money. 6) There is also some seating in the restaurant. 7) In my opinion, It is an asset to the Lewisham community which has a rich African and Caribbean heritage. 8) I would recommend Grace cuisine, as a professional Caribbean influenced business, to all cultures and to meat eaters and vegetarians. Ordered Via Ubereats, food arrived in 20 mins and was piping hot! The Boneless Jerk chicken comes with Rice and peas, a hearty serving and so yummy! Note they have a 5 star Food Hygiene Stars on the Doors rating which is absolutely great, so please ignore any hateful reviews below as obviously a Food Hygiene Inspector is more of an expert than the reviewers ?!!! Would order again and highly recommend

I sometimes pick up food on the way back from this place and it's always busy. Not surprising as it's simple, hearty food cooked up a treat by the lovely people in the kitchen. The beef parties are necessary on a cold evening but for my money the sweet spicy prawns and pepper beef with rice and peas are the standouts. Don't be afraid to ask for recommendations if you've never tried Jamaican cuisine - they'll be sure to serve you a treat for your journey home.

Delicious Carribbean food in Lewisham, pictured clockwise from top: Mac & cheese, callaloo, peppered steak with hard food & peppered prawns. On a plate at home because we got it as takeaway during lockdown. Really flavourful, tasty food & generous portions. Hearty solid meal, but not greasy or oily. Lots of flavour from fresh ingredients (garlic, onions, peppers) coming through. Already planning our next order.

I wasn't sure about this place because of the negative reviews. However, thought I'd give it try today and so glad I did. As I entered the restaurant, I noticed clean floors and well placed seating areas. Wayne, who served me was well presented wearing an apron and very friendly. **No Attitude or screw up face** I ordered a large Oxtail and Curried Goat. The meat was very succulent in both dishes, not too much bone and good portion sizes. I had to call Wayne, who served me earlier to tell him thanks for 2 wonderful meals. I sincerely hope this restaurant will be around for many years to come.
