Amazingly the best Shisha I had in London area, great staff with friendly attitude, I recommend everyone to pay them a visit, the tea they serve quite unusual but fantastic, loved every bit of it, well done guys, keep up the good work!
As a regular Shisha smoker from abroad it was really hard to find a decent place to smoke Shisha. Luckily we found Roots lounge. Plenty of good flavours, friendly staff and the most important: a good shisha.
Fabulous place to eat, scrumptious menu, great hospitality and chilled out decor! Very relaxing way to spend a wee half hour!
So I looked around for a decent shisha place in South East, I'm glad I found Roots!
Great venue, brilliant seating and music videos playing. The customer service is also second to none.
I think I've found my new local chill-out joint!

Shisha is brilliant as always! The owners have changed but are truely the best. Best shisha I have had. Every time the shisha is on point! And the staff are friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere and always a great place to chill by 1, 2 or a group.
Has many areas of entertainment from music videos to footy matches to board & games. Lively on the weekend (Fridays & Saturdays) but truely a brilliant lounge to relax and enjoy the night. And food is pretty decent if I may so myself.
Come to Roots for a great sesh, date nights or even a group event. Each flavour is awesome, smooth & refreshing. Truely the best shisha around, this place is vibe!

Regulary come here with the lads after work. We went looking around for a decent Shisha place for awhile and came across Roots.
It's a fair journey for us to come here, however it is definitely worth the journey.
Staff are extremely helpful and are always eager to make your stay as pleasant as it possibly can be. Music is good and the atmosphere is excellent as well. We will continue to come here as we have found the perfect Shisha place for us.
Would 100% reccomend this place to anyone that may be curious about coming here.
Great service & quality shisha,food & drinks all in a great atmosphere with a choice of games . Definitely will be my new spot!!!

I’ve no idea how my original comment disappeared but I’ll try again. I’ve never been in the area and the lounge itself prior to my first visit. I googled it, got to the place and was pleasantly surprised. The shisha is undoubtedly the best shisha in town. I’ve been to many places around the capital and abroad and this is by far the best quality shisha you can have in London. Highly recommend “pina colada” flavour. Absolutely love it! The customer experience is outstanding and they really work hard to make everyone feel welcomed. Unfortunately I live in west London but whenever I’m in the area I always try to pop in for the great experience and shisha. Keep up the hard work guys. I’ll be back soon! ;-)

Absolutely fantastic shisha lounge at reasonable prices. I’m not from the woolwich area but happy to travel out 45 mins to come here due to the staff and quality of the shisha. Comfortable couches, lovely shisha and great relaxing vibe and to top it off, the staff are accommodating! Highly recommend to anyone even those not from around the Woolwich area.
