Hiteshi was wonderful and made so much effort to accommodate us! Will be returning for the sticky toffee pudding and hot chocolates

Came in for some dessert on a Saturday night. Got a cosy spot in the corner with my friend. Great service from Hiteshi who made us a delicious hot chocolate and served us a luxurious sticky toffee pudding.

We had a fantastic Sunday roast here recently. Large portion sizes and very fresh tasting. The space is large and doesn't feel overcrowded, and appreciate it is dog friendly.

José was incredible!! He was attentive, and always available to help us, always with a big smile on his face! The whole restaurant was extremely accommodating to a large group I had booked. As last minute changes/ drop outs can arise with this, José and the booking team were very understanding throughout. They made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The food was superb too! I couldn’t recommend this place enough

We had a party for 60 people at the Fire Stables and it was SUCH a wonderful evening. We had a lovely area at the front with the bi-fold doors open, letting in the lovely late summer air. The area fitted everyone in comfortably, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was perfect and everyone had such a good time. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Popped in here on the way to Wimbledon tennis. Had a breakfast and a cup of tea, which were tasty and delivered quickly and hot. Not too busy and not too expensive. Only issue was bacon was a bit crisp (burnt). Surroundings decent and clean, and staff friendly enough too.

Cute pub in the heart of the village. In the summer the windows are slide back for alfresco dining. We went for a Sunday roast and had an average Youngs offering. The roast was a generous size. However the potatoes were not fluffy or crispy. The cracking on the pork belly was rendered and crispy. Gravy could be more flavoursome and extra was given when asked for. There was no apple sauce which was a shame. Cauliflower cheese was overpriced for the portion size and was watery and undercooked. Pints are good value for London c.£6 however Pimms was a shocking £14.

Really lovely. Went on a sunny day and enjoyed the casual atmosphere. Had a windmill breakfast and it was delicious. Friend had lasagne and really enjoyed that too.

Fire stables hosted my boyfriend’s surprise 30th Birthday celebrations. We were given the space at the back of the restaurant. 25 of us, pre order went smoothly, service was super attentive. Everyone had a wonderful time. Special thanks to José and Yiesha for making the day run extra smooth and the organisation!

A lovely place at the top of Wimbledon Hill road. A Youngs pub with everything you would expect on offer. My beer of choice was off (not available rather than tasting wrong), a suitable alternative soon found. A fine looking place with plenty of space to play in. Also, dog friendly if you have a dog. A quiet time on my visit but no doubt lively later in the day. All good. Unusually for a Youngs pub, no cask ales on offer.
