Service was excellent it was my daughters birthday and they made her feel special. She was so happy she gave the waitresses a slice each of her cake. The main waitress was given a big tip because of the excellent service we got.
The food was good, and the service was excellent hence me and my friend was in there for almost 3 hours chatting.
The food here was delicious, although it took a while to get to me, it was worth the wait, the pizza I ordered which was "soho 65" or something, which was more then just nice with delicate flavours that are still powerful and satisfying, with the option of flavoured oils pizza express outlets are definately a new fave
Much better since they refurbished this place. Food was good but I'm really upset that they've gotten rid of the Veneziana which was my favourite pizza. Thumbs down for that, but overall a pleasant experience...
However, the prices are still exorbitantly high so we won't be coming here as often as we'd like to.
We had a birthday party booking for 20.The host was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. The pizzas were good and light, and the elderflower drink and berry mojito were delightful additions to the beverage menu.
The only minor hiccup was a bit of a wait for the kids' meals, which made it a bit challenging to keep the little ones content when they were hungry. However, once the food arrived, they thoroughly enjoyed their meals from the kids' menu.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and most importantly, the birthday girl had a fantastic time. I would certainly recommend this venue for parties and gatherings.
If you like Pizza Express like I do, then you can't go wrong with this branch. All my favourite pizzas were always reproduced every time I visited. The restaurant is spacious but can be busy at times, so go early if you prefer quietness when enjoying your favourite pizza. The restaurant often felt understaffed, but the stuff were efficient and friendly despite their workload.
On our last visit Mate was a great host. He advised us on what menu items were suitable for vegetarians and helped us change toppings so that we were 100% happy. The Vegan giardiniera with regular cheese and added chillies is a great choice.
Joanna was great - such a friendly and helpful girl - high class service! Manager Michael was also very polite and help us with the app.

App alert - Pizza Express in the UK have upped their game on loyalty and their app is awesome. By signing up you can enjoy FREE sides and/or discounts. We had 2 classic style pizza's and saved £8 which these days, every penny counts. The free dough balls were a bonus ;-). +1 star
Arrival experience - my brother and I arrived just before the lunch rush. With lots of tables available, we were afforded the more intimate round couch style tables which normally serve up to 4. We didn't have much of a queue to wait to be seated but when things for busy (we were on Table 1 so had a good view) I could see the staff trying their best to seat incoming lunch diners. +1 star
Decor - Clean all around with the classic Pizza Express style blue interior. Chairs were clean but what let them down in this space was that a lot the curved/round seating was just aged. It has ripped (you can see the foam) and not what you would expect from a higher end Pizza joint in Brent Cross. Fix it! -1 star.
Staff - Top marks for our waitress who was well spoken and knowledgeable about the food on the menu (including all my brother's weird questions about Vegan stuff). Very friendly staff overall doing a fantastic job - Pizza Express have upp'd their game in this space too. +1 star
Food - let's face it, you come to Pizza Express versus somewhere like Pizza Hut or Domino's for the quality of the food, the freshly made dough and ingredients. This particular Pizza Express at Brent Cross didn't disappoint and served us quite speedily (we had drinks within 2 minutes and pizza'a < 15 min. +1 star.

These three beautiful, hardworking and generous ladies – Tamiki 🇬🇧, Alex 🇷🇴 and their Manager Angelika 🇵🇱 (with their colleague Yasmin 🇹🇷 – who was a little shy to have her picture taken) went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience dining at Pizza Express Brent Cross on a Sunday afternoon, even though it was a very busy time.
It's easy to complain, but much harder to praise on review sites like this. Respect and kindness work both ways, positivity is infectious. Thank you for your great service, yummy food and lovely dining experience. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me all day and everyday!

Came here with my friend for lunch and luckily we arrived early (just after midday) because the restaurant started to fill up quite quickly.
The layout here in the Brent Cross branch is very spacious and well set up with little booths so you feel very "CoVID Secure" and the welcome from the staff was very friendly.
For starters we ordered some Garlic Bread (you can ask them to do it without the mozzarella cheese) and somd dough balls both of which were very tasty (although the garlic bread was a bit over done) and then for mains we had one American and one American Hot Leggera (smaller pizza with a hole in the middle filled with salad and their delicious dressing) -very well cooked and super tasty.
Overall very enjoyable experience and their new expanded menu is really interesting as it has items like lemon and herb chicken wings and halloumi bites so there's something for everyone.
Highly recommended - we'll definitely be coming back very soon
This establishment proves a great dining experience to its patrons. The food is of an excellent quality. The staff is nice and accomodating, with a very attentive manager who will do anything to make sure you had a pleasant dining experience. The environment is clean. The music choices are perfect.
The best thing about the restaurant are the chef's who interact with children letting them play with dough. It's worth it to come here just for that, your kids will thank you. Plusy the parking is free.
Great customer service. Staff were welcoming and very polite. The service was very quick and on point. I requested a table and they provided that. They also have baby seats and you don't have to worry about the over crowd as the restaurant is massive.
We went for dinner as a party of 8 including 4 noisy children. The service provided by Tom was outstanding and his rapport and cheery, helpful, patient service made our evening. Thank you so much Tom! A credit to your business.
