Burger King

I ordered two meals at 10 pm via Just Eat on 29/7/19 and immediately got the order confirmed. The app said the food would be delivered at 10:25 pm. When it got to that time, the delivery time got changed to 10:41 pm. When 10:41 pm arrived and checked the app to see how the order was going I got very surprised to see how the driver was waiting in the restaurant to collect the food. At 10:45 I decided to call Just Eat and the only solution the lady gave me was to wait for 18 minutes and to write a bad review in the app about Burger King. I didn’t find this “solution” helpful at all, so I decided to call Burger King Camden. After the fourth call, they finally picked the phone up and I explained the situation to the lady called “Siriya” who was the manager according to her. I have never received such a horrendous and disrespectful customer service. She was shouting at me on the phone saying: “WELL IT’S NOT MY FAULT!”, “WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?!”, “YOU ARE NOT MY CUSTOMER, YOU ARE JUST EAT CUSTOMER SO CALL THEM!”. She would hardly let me even speak. As a result of this, I immediately cancelled my order. I understand Burger King is a fast food restaurant who is normally busy and I can understand someone can have a long hard day, but what I can’t understand is disrespecting a customer this way. This is really sad because I am a Burger King customer for many years now, but this lady has made me appreciate the competence, which has a better customer service in my experience. So really sadly, I will never go back to Burger King.

TODAY - I went in to this Burger King and asked to use the toilet, I explained Im a key worker (but didn't need to becuase I was in uniform) I was shocked when I was told "Customers only" by the person behind the counter. This actually put me off buying anything from this place. I'm not surprised this burger king is empty as they have very poor customer service. 1 star only because I couldn't put Zero stars.

Food was fine. Young man who waited on me was helpful. Very disappointed that the bathrooms were blocked off; there was one really small one open next to the counters. It was useless for washing up before eating. I told the manager there was no soap....lucky I had some handwipes. Almost left. There is no free tap water; you are compelled to buy bottled water. I just wanted some water in my now empty soda cup. Tables were not cleaned at least during my visit.

I was sent completely the wrong order. The order I received had been placed by somebody else WHOM HAD STATED THEY HAD ALLERGIES TO SESAME AND SHRIMP! This order was also £5 less than I had paid for. When I tried to contact the restaurant and customer service, there was no response. This is the second time this has happened to me. Due to the possible health implications of this, I shall be taking the matter further and reporting to trading standards.

horrible experience. Not only mediocre food that was cooked ages before being served, but phone was stolen as "table surfing" by two tall young guys wearing sports clothes, a hoodie and masks. One pretended to beg insisting very aggressively for money distracting me with a piece of paper saying "we don't have food bla bla" while the other snatched it. Too late unfortunately when I realised. A delivery driver admitted it happened before. Yet most cameras don't work according to staff and no security employed. To add cherry on top, staff didn't wear masks and hand sanitiser wasn't so easy to get.
