We changed the promoter to Sergio (A Spanish guy), and every time we go, it's just perfect. He always assures us we are going to be comfortable. Whenever we have a doubt, he comes to us to help. He is super sociable and pleasant. Best promoter. If you are going to Cuckoo, ask for "Sergio."
There's even more: the door guards can be friendly or rude. For example, Aymen, a tall boy there, has always worried that we are safe, that we get home and that no one bothers us (men who are irritating and insistent). He is one of the best people I have met there. He always greets us with a smile and is glad to see us. The truth is the experience depends on the people who are there. Sometimes, they may seem a little rough (they are also working, and there can be problems, especially if there is alcohol involved), but once you get to know them, there is a good vibe. As I mentioned, our experiences were not the best, and I would have given it 1 star. Still, people like Sergio or Aymen improved our experience at this club.

One of the best clubs in London, especially if you meet the Promoter Nerea, she is simply amazing, she will help you book a table and enjoy the night in the best way, the music of the place is sensational a mix of pop with Spanish music. I recommend 100%!! <3<3<3
