Absolutely disgusting service, didn't understand a word of what the guy servicing us was saying as he was talking and joking other colleagues on their own language, which ain't a problem, finally when we got home only to find that our burgers had rice on in-between the chicken and bun, and red sauce which looked like chilli, wasted my time and money.
Their mangers and owners show read the customer reviews and take note.

Third time ordering from them, third time terrible experience. Undercooked slightly raw chips and dry chicken that looked old and tatty, my friends warned me to never order from this KFC. I have FINALLY learned my lesson. Disgusting isn't the word.

Appalling burger. stale bun, breading on burger was thick and rock hard with manky lettuce and almost no mayo. Was supposed to be a fillet burger. Defo a zinger although they insisted it was a fillet. upped the meal to large without asking and charged for it.

The best part of this KFC is the location, the is very busy and because of students it is worth having a quick affordable fast food shop. By the size, it is really very small to accommodate the crowd it gets. It is a chaotic environment in side the shop, which effects the overall service. The decoration of the shop is very standard to regular KFC.
Cleanliness is not upto the mark no one cleaning after customers, hazards are not cleared to meet health and safety standards. Sitting arrangement is minimal, hardly you will get the opportunity to sit. Customer service is very poor in terms of listening to the customer appropriately and confirming the order. The person made wrong order.
Time to serve food was relatively good keeping the mind of the crowd.
Food quality and serve quality was in good condition too.

My son ordered a 10 piece bucket. I was looking forward to the larger piece of chicken that you normally get. When I open the box it had just 10 very small pieces of chicken with soggy batter. I feel robbed to be honest, terrible for the money. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Will not be coming back.

I have been to various KFC, the food was same as other KFC. The staff were proactive and fast.
However, I didn’t enjoy the dining atmosphere. The place is too small for number of people visiting. Bin & seating in odd location.

2.9 rating is a good thing for them. They literally cancelled my order before ot was meant to be deliverrd even though it was scheduled.
Pathetic! If you want to be disappointed then make sure to order from here.

Whenever I order from here there is always problems missing foods etc even today there was missing items! today the rider had to wait 30 mins at the restaurant and I had to wait more than an hour for my delivery they have to find a better way to
