Customer Service really bad! Took over an hour for my food to arrive, food arrived cold and tried to blame the uber drivers. The drivers were on time to collect the food but told the drivers it wasn’t ready after waiting 1 hour. Called the restaurant to ask how long, he rudely hung up and said he couldn’t help me cause I didn’t have an order number. I explained to him I understand if your busy but just say your busy not hang up the phone, and blame everyone else for the poor time management of the business Will never order again, thank you very much!

AWFUL SERVICE ROBBERS DO NOT ORDER THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!! I ordered through Uber eats £30 worth of food, they delivered one chicken chow mein and a curry sauce THATS IT. Called them to get the rest of my order and was told “they never received the order”. Uber have refused to refund me for my order. THE RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE, is jointed with a pizza shop which is in itself ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU ARE GOING TO BE ROBBED. I am in my right mind to call the police on this restaurant they need to be shut down. disgusting service

Where to even start. By far the least professional takeaway business I've ever come across. I have ordered from Shanghai Express on two occasions, using ubereats, and in both occasions have received the completely wrong order, with most of my items missing. UberEats were contacted, although they dismissed my complaints despite me only receiving £8 worth of food from a £30 order. After calling this resterant directly it was clear to see that they were lacking professionalism, hiding behind ubereats despite them being in the wrong.they suggested I contact ubereats despite them not providing the food, saying that the order was not received. This resteraunt is a complete scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The food was nice but the customer service is appalling, the staff are rude and once I ordered from them and rang them up after an hour of waiting and the said that there was no available delivery driver. Why couldn't they have rung me back to say. I've also called and they've said we're busy and then put the phone down.
