i ordered a large the works with a tango drink on the side for delivery. I am pleased to say that the order came in under 30 mins at my doorstep hot and tasty

Pizzas from this branch are always great and their staff are excellent. Today a mistake was made during my order and the wrong base was sent out, but Zinki was there to help when I called in and she sorted it out by sending out another pizza with the correct base. Awesome customer service.

I ordered two large pizzas and want to say how great the service was both over the phone and when the food arrived. I was sceptical to order after reading the reviews but I am glad I didnt rely on them. The food was delivered on time and still hot when it came. The delivery driver was very friendly and respected the social distancing rules. I preferred the all meat pizza out of the two but the kids loved both of them. I would definately recommend and order from then again. Thank you!

Mostly had a good experience with this place. I've always ordered online or over the phone and they have delivered very quickly. Their prices aren't as expensive as pizza hut up the road. It's only been the past couple of orders where I've found the pizzas to be over cooked and gritty.

We order from time to time as a treat for the family and it is always well liked. I think living locally always helps with take away. That being said, the food is always delivered piping hot and delicious. The service is always an excellent one with us and the driver is lovely too ☺

Dreadful customer service, frequently waited over 90 minutes for a pizza, on one occasion delivered the wrong pizza with a topping I'm allergic too and the process of getting a refund is far from straightforward. Have used this branch many times over the years, but now I'm done. Never again.

Papa John's is the best pizza ever- Fact. Whether I go to the West Norwood branch to collect or do it over the phone/ online, they're always really friendly. The delivery guys always have a chat when they bring your food and they deliver really fast. Also, I've never gotten cold food from them which is really important. -glares in Pizza Hut's general direction-
