My fanily and I went to Pizza Hut yesterday Thursday 18th January 2017 Park Royal branch. Very good service indeed, found a table straight away no waiting, enjoyed the lovely pizza fresh salad , no issues, no problems, fantastic of Pizza Hut to offer a 41% off the food bill promotion.

This place got a quintessential refurbishment recently. Superb space to dine-in and for drive-thru.
Was served excellently by Ralph, Janet & a fast kitchen team on a busy Friday evening.
Enjoyed each meal and dined-in till the place got empty. New Freestyle drink machine and Frozen Fanta drinks add to it.
Clean toilet, however, needs a code to access (open only to customers after billing).
Even greater if more staff available to serve during busy times. These people working there deserve all acclaim.
Clean atmosphere, food was served quick and hot. Friendly staff made our big family order quick and efficient

Ordered the vegan wooper with cheese... Wipes the floor with Mac d and KFC vegan options. The wooper was nice and big, full of add ons, fresh bun and filling...
The place looks a lot better now with a full refurb of the seats and sitting areas, new drinks machines and counter are very clean or kept very clean and the staff are very helpful. There’s a manager from Goa who shines out as going the extra mile for customers satisfaction. We’ve been going a lot more since the reopening instead of just ordering from eats, plus when you do order from this branch for delivery they never miss items or very hardly . I can’t say that I’ve had to complain about missing food or sauces at this branch ever

Great new revamped store Planted Based Burger is good, Service by Tousif was Excellent Great his Crew was Excellent
Everyone loves a Burger King and at this branch a staff member Saman went the extra mile with me and I will definitely come here again with my family. Thank you very much again Saman and keep up the good work.
Burger & Chicken Royale tasted great. Fries were hot. Service was a bit slow, but I guess the food was cooked to order.
Just like McDonalds milkshakes, burger kings frozen Fanta fountain wasn't working... 😔
