Pret A Manger

Updated review to 4stars because of how good the staff are here. The AM barista has learned my regular order and often has it ready for me as I get to the counter. Stuff like that makes you feel really appreciated and welcome. The staff are friendly and there's a good variety of baked goods, if you have the coffee subscription then the coffee is fine but it's about what you'd expect from a Pret.

I went on a very busy hot day and they had already run out of all their frappés and cold fruit smoothies. However, the staff here are very nice and try to be as efficient as possible even when it’s crowded. If you are reading this in September then the opening times have been changed to the pre-corona ones so ignore what it says on the website, they’ve extended it and no longer close early.

I buy food and drinks from Pret, as as a cafe, I do find their edible goods, mostly reasonable. They make for me, their teas and cofee's extremely well and good, I think. They are also quite generous, as I've built up a customer relationship, I find they compensate this by rewarding me with free beverages, frequently. I therefore remain loyal to them, as a result.

Went there today and staff was amazing! The girl kindly asked if we would like some salad for free since they were about to close and production produced too much! It was a really nice offer and I love the salad! We stayed for a coffee and even though they were closing they let us stay a bit longer while they are cleaning and preparing for tomorrow. Really really great girls and an amazing customer service! 5 stars for sure!
