I placed an order for a cake to celebrate my daughter's 40th birthday a few days ago and I had to write a review to commend the young lady who took my order and also provided advice and assured me of the delivery, which was, by the way, on time. Lovely lady, exemplary customer service and everyone enjoyed the cake.

Came in wanting an image on a naked cake, and I needed it ASAP (horrible time management on my end); Asha did wonders to get it done for me in the next half hour and was extremely understanding and helpful throughout the whole process, which is always immensely appreciated. This particular Cake Box is my family's favourite because they really take care of the quality of the cake! Always fresh, nice and tasty! The shop itself is super clean which says a lot of the whole picture of the shop!
