I had an amazing beetroot/cherry/chocolate protein powder smoothie ("Seeing Red") after a leg session. Really quick and friendly service - I asked which ones were the lower sugar smoothies and they were really happy to accommodate my dietary needs. Can easily see this becoming a training staple as am definitely returning to have the peanut butter smoothie.

A big fan of this place and it's ethos. The atmosphere is great and the service is always friendly. I love the Green Stampede smoothie. I'm looking forward to trying out the other super smoothies!
