They held a pop-up in my office building and the food provided was delicious! The chicken suya burrito was packed with flavour and kept me filled up for a while as the portion size was generous!
I have now saved this place in my maps and will look to visit the restaurant sometime soon! Staff were very kind and explained all the options to everyone each time they served someone.
Absolutely delicious!!! Also catered to our taste, we specified we’d love for it to be spicy. Most places usually don’t ever hit the spice level I expect but this place knows how to get it right, chicken was so tender, the flavours were amazing. Customer service is fantastic.
Came here not knowing what to expect & it turns out everything was great. More food than expected, authentic African dishes, tastier and fresher than ever. (somehow wthe chef even accommodates your own language which was unexpected). Definitely should go there if you want an original yet copious street food lunch!
Juicy, spicy, flavoursome, with loads of punch. The food is made to order and incredibly filling. Was pleasantly surprised with the combination. Small but good selection of wine. Good find
Tried this place on a whim and it was fantastic. I highly recommend the feast box which includes chicken suya, beef suya and a cooked to order bone-in lamb steak (which was perfectly prepared with the fat rendered down and crisp), with jollof rice and plaintain. The jollof rice is of course delicious and the stew beans I ordered as an extra side was the perfect accompaniment although there is hot sauce and garlic mayo on offer included in the price instead if you prefer. Everything was well seasoned with perfect spice levels. The only thing to be aware of is that if you do order the feast box, the freshly prepared lamb steak will take a little longer than some of the other dishes to serve up, so if you're in a rush it might be better to order the suya or wraps.
It's in the recently developed Hawley Wharf development in Camden, with lots of other food options, but is worth seeking out if you fancy something delicious that you won't be able to eat every day.
There was a queue but I promise you it is worth the wait. Jollof rice was delicious, topped with salad, plantain and black eye peas curry!!!!I'm definitely going back again! I got the large bowl and it was amazing, I finished everything

We tried the prawn, chicken and lamb chops with jollof rice. Every item tasted fantastic and the jollof rice was moist and flavourful. The chilli sauce which is made in house has an awesome kick and is definitely a must try!
The kids had the hot dogs and chips which was great value for money.
Fantastic place. I had never tried Nigerian/West African food before until I discovered this place by chance in the food court of Hawley Wharf. The staff is very friendly, especially Jay. He explained all the dishes to me. I really recommend the chicken soya box. It's a great lunch for me since it usually comes with tender chicken, plantain, rice, and more. Unlike a lot of the options at Hawley Wharf, I feel like a lunch from Jollof Mama fills me up without being so heavy. It always tastes fresh and I can tell from the time it takes to prepare the boxes sometimes that the staff ensures that everything is fresh. I'm a frequent visitor to Jollof Mama and I recommend this place over the other competition at Hawley Wharf.

Most flavourful food I’ve ever tried in the uk!! Everything prepared from scratch! getting the Jolof rice again for sure
