I order regularly from here and usually have no issue. It’s pretty decent for the price.
However last time I’ve ordered I had 2 issues with the order (wrong item compared the order and wrong sushi in the set) but no chance to get a hand on them. The phone numbers (from the receipt or Google Map) are not answering and there is no email address to contact them. So pretty much no way to let them know about it 😓

I am not a Sushi aficionado, the few experimental incursions I had always left me at a "meh!" level, but that didn't stop me to keep trying and I have to say that this was a successful one. Order it through an app as "surprise bag" so not sure what I would get. Arrived there, wait few minutes and for a very reasonable price the friendly staff handed me a scrumptious selection of Sushi, really well presented and absolutely DEEEEE-LICIOUS, perfect balance between quality (really fresh fish) and quantity (one of the few times where I felt actually full, after having a tray of Sushi) So glad to have this as a local source of goodness. Sushi Essence 🍱 never disappoints... One of the best sushi places I’ve tried, hands down. Super fresh, tasty and always presented well. You know the owners take pride in what they do and how it’s delivered.

Timely delivery, friendly staff and the food itself was great! Whether it's starters like spring rolls and seaweed salad or mains like their salmon box and individual rolls (the eel one!), super tasty. Been ordering here a few times during lockdown and will continue to do so.
