The Bagel House

Big thanks to the ladies on the 11pm to 7am shift today. Got there just before 6am. Absolutely great salt beef bagel with gherkin and mustard. Stacked and really sorted me out. Had one straight away parked in a side road and it was so good, I went and got another for consuming at home. Excellent and thank you 😊

I ordered two jerk chicken bagels and one sausage roll. I have no complaints about the sausage roll… but I usually love the jerk chicken bagel but if I’m honest when I ate it I was tempted to go back as it had not one good thing about it… It wasn’t heated up even though they asked me if I wanted everything to be but only the sausage roll had been. Second problem was the bagel was as if I was eating rubber. Lastly but not least as it is the worst problem was I ordered JERK chicken but received a normal chicken bagel.

I had a Jerk Chicken bagel from there, and it was good! Meat was juicy, and it was served nice an hot. The place was clean, and I was served quickly and efficiently. I asked if the jerk chicken was more sweet than spicy, or more spices than sweet, and was told it’s on the spices side. But I found it more on the sweet side. Not that there was anything wrong with it, but I feel o was told that, as the person serving me knew I wanted it on the spices side. That’s the only reason for a 4 star rather than a 5.

The bagel house is a really nice place to get rolls patties and doughnuts. The prices are okay and this place is open 24 hours a day which is great. I always buy stuff from here and enjoy it so much. They take cash and card payments too. Can be very busy in there as this is a popular place to get food.
