Stone Pizzeria

I am italian and for me this is one of the best places in the area. I ordered from them many times recently and I never got disapponted. Only little suggestion would be to make romana's base pizzas a bit larger. Dough is thinner and it's supposed to be like that but doesn't fill you up with a normal size, that's why romana's base are usually a bit larger

Saturday afternoon - no one could be bothered to cook and saw the Stone Pizza Flyer with 25% discount. Great, that will do. Wow - Pizzas and starters so delicious!! Also ordered x 2 B & J Non Diary Choco Brownies, but only 1 arrived!! Not one to go over the top and rant & rave & complain, I wrote a courteous email, thanking them for great pizza and mentioned the little hiccup of missing out on the extra B&J NDCB . I got a call from Stone Pizza a while after we finished our meal, apologising for the mistake and that another tub is on its way over to us now!!! OMG..fantastic! But, we did not get just 1 tub... but 2!!! Yaaayy!! So yeah... I do recommend & rate Stone Pizza Leytonstone!

I was almost put off by some of the reviews but the menu looked good and the prices looked reasonable. Really happy with the pizzas we received, they arrived early and are lovely stone baked authentic italian style pizzas. If you're expecting a deep dish american style cheese fest you'll probably be disappointed but we were after an Italian pizza and that's what we got, for half the price of some of the big chains.

People who have given this place bad reviews have probably never tried real italian pizzas and are just too used to Papa John's or Domino's cr**. First time we ordered tonight and pizzas have a real taste of Italy. I ordered the quattro fromaggi as this is the ultimate test and they have passed successfully! Real authentic cheese and the rest of the ingredients were so fresh too. Will definitely order again. Good job, thank you!

Just had our first pizzas from Stone Pizzaria. Not at all bad! Romana base was wonderfully thin and crispy, sourdough base was bubblier and thicker with more to get yer teeth into. Toppings were tasty with a pretty good variety. The garlic mayo which came with each pizza was a pleasant surprise and the parmigiana was deliciously cheesy. Would definitely order from them again. Not least because we need to try their stonebaked base to see how it differs from the other two.
