28-50 Wine Bar & Kitchen Covent Garden

Absolutely love this place! Definitely one of my favourite wine bars in London. They have a great wine list and the sommeliers are so helpful and eager to share their love and knowledge of wine. Most importantly, they are so kind and friendly. Anytime I've been to any 28-50 I feel that they are genuinely happy that I'm there. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable and ensure that you have a phenomenal time. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Really great meal last night at 28-50. Service Really top quality and attentive staff Food Amazing. The lamb and the cod really full of flavour. For pudding the Eton Mess was lovely. Price It's not cheap. But worth it. COVID Still plenty of space and staff wearing masks. Most patrons use masks to move between tables and entrance. Would I return? Yes. Absolutely!

This place is magic, the food is absolutely delicious, the ambiance is wonderful but even more the service and people are giving an extraordinary experience. My favourite dishes were the Oysters, Tiger Prawns and Artichoke Tempura from the stater and the Tuna steak was a dream in taste, quality and price. The desert, a Lemon Posset, was so refreshing and light....You can taste that everything is done freshly and with top ingredients. Eve, Helena were welcoming us so warmly and this continued with Andy and Lanna looking after us at the table. The Manager Radu is working by the side of the team and you can feel the difference this creates, as he acts more like a leader by example, which in my eyes is the best way of managing people. And the people are extraordinary!! All have a caring attitude and are super attentive to details, I was really impressed. I'm myself from hospitality and know what it takes and these people are really working with their heart and have genuine passion for people. You can taste it in every bite, sip and breath. I had an absolute fantastic time and this restaurant has earned my number 1 favourite place in London. Thank you all, I still can taste and feel the love you all created with your beautiful souls.

Such an amazing place! Also, the friendliest staff we have ever seen. Loved the food - especially the salmon ceviche! Good food, good staff and lovely ambiance. We went for lunch on a weekday and their set menu was great! Also, the weather was lovely so we sat outside. Another bonus is that they are dog friendly — indoors and outdoors!

I went here for a drink midday. Service was great so I cancelled my dinner reservation that night and booked here. Again service was second to none. The front of house lady (I am sorry I didn't get your name if you read this) was second to none and I hope she is getting paid a hell of a lot as she deserves it. Now on to the food.. Wife had king prawns and I had a steak. Some may say the pricing is high but you pay for the quality and this place delivers. Already arranging the next visit to this place. Keep up the good work.
