The views from the tree house are spectacular --you watch the evening traffic as you sip your drink. The Mexican food is served in à la tapas.. you just choose. The wine and the cocktails equally flowing. Very pleasant servers that just makes this place homely. Loved the whole experience
Madera offers a picturesque sight on the 15th floor, a beautifully designed space with dining sensibly arranged on the outside to enjoy the views of central London, and a lively atmosphere.
From start to finish, we received stellar service and attention from Jean, who was positive and bright and attentive. The brunch was well presented, fresh and delicious. Complimentary nachos with a fantastic zingy salsa and topped up water added to the attentiveness. The lattes were well-brewed (which is far from a given at restaurants).
I have knocked off a star only for the prices being quite high (comparable to Michelin-starred restaurants) and for the live DJ club atmosphere not being to our liking. However, the food, the service and the views were excellent.
We enjoyed the experience of being seated to being handed the cheque. Our server was kind and funny, ensuring to attend to all our needs. The cocktails were a lovely accompaniment to our bruch. Meal-wise, I totally ordered the wrong thing for my liking, but still enjoyed the visual appeal of the bowl.
Had a amazing birthday meal here. Staff were outstanding and food was beautiful and tasty. Super quick with the food and staff so attentive all the time. Views were great and they gave me a special birthday desert and took lots of pics of us. Super special and will return!
We really like the place, great views, and good food. Some of the best Mexican food we have had in London. The portions however are fairly small for the price but they have a good deal for taco Tuesdays. We especially enjoyed the pico and chips. Cocktails needed to be a bit stronger but the flavours and presentation was super nice. Desserts had a beautiful presentation but lacked a bit of flavour. Tres leches is more of a deconstructed British version and not authentic. We appreciate the little dessert we got for our anniversary. Servers were friendly and attentive. I would advise them to check a bit more often on the table. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

A warm reception from all staff from the entrance door to the restaurant. The interior is so elegant and tranquil with the greenery and the attention to detail. I didn’t anticipate the food to be so generous as it was! There was plentiful of variety of the menu for our party of vegan and gluten free and the staff were so helpful and knowledgable on the menu which was a major assurance. The food itself was flavoursome and an authentic taste of Mexico, like I say the portions were super generous.
The staff went above and beyond to make this a memorable and delightful experience, our kind server Bhuumik was welcoming and attentive throughout as well as Jiga whom was helpful in checking all was well with the food- it felt nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
We had a stunning view of the city as requested and they even remembered the reason of celebration with a lovely desert at the end. The ambience, food, staff and surroundings make this a place to remember and I will definitely will be returning- It’s a true gem in the city for food and drinks and delightful views. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
The restaurant had a Halloween theme with the staff dressed up and a live DJ, it was a great vibe. Our waiter was helpful and polite. The food was also good
Splendid, stunning and super evening at Madera. A great place for Mexican food combined with great cocktails for an amazing sundowner time. Do check this place out… we went with family and had a fantastic time. Remember to get reservations as they keep busy even on weeknights.

I really really loved this place. Beautiful hotel with natural materials where I felt calm and relaxed. I suggest they make birdsong heard from around the hotel for added effect.

I came here for a friend's birthday brunch earlier this afternoon, and we were served by Reggie. He was such a delight and he made sure we were satisfied with our food and even assisted us with group pictures. The brunch was really nice, but Reggie's service will bring us back!
We had such an amazing time at the restaurant, since we entered to the building till the end of our dinning experience.
The view was incredible, luckily we had the opportunity to watch a nice sunset over the city.
We would like to recognize Carla our amazing waitress who made this dinner just perfect. She did an excellent recommendation on the dishes and the dessert, taking photos and creating a good bond with us, thanks you a lot! For sure we'll come back again to Madera in our next trips to London.

A super nice rooftop in the heart center of London. I loved the bohemian vibes with the whole restaurant decoration.
The food menu was very wide with lots of options that are mainly Mexican choices but with a new twist. Also they had super delicious cocktails.
Staff were friendly and helpful, a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people but still doing the best they can.
Amazing food and drinks! (I can’t remember my favourite drink but it had blood orange, tequila, and bit of charcoal - perfect balance of freshness and spice) topped off with great service by Val
I booked a table for two for my boyfriend's birthday, an absolutely delightful place and great view! The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience of the restaurant is nicely curated and refined. All the staff is super attentive to needs, helpful and polite. We were served by Jean who gave us excellent table service, one of the best I have had in the city of London. Great value for money!
