We tried their unlimited breakfast option. We called at 8 am and was able to book a slot for 2. Breakfast was beyond amazing! Full of flavors, generous portion. Highly recommend the pancakes with berry compote. Staff are extremely friendly and the manager approach us to check up on us. I would Highly recommend this cafe

Family owned business lead by a highly skilled and extremely passionate chef and his ever so caring and welcoming wife.. the food was brilliant the wagu burger was perfect and the pasta was out of this world. Truly a must visit little gem of a cafe in hampstead
Lovely cafe with excellent food, atmosphere and service. I found it on my way to Hampstead Heath and saw their menu (which was pinned on the window). Sat down and had some American pancakes š„ and they were delicious! I came back later in the day for dinner and had a steak, which was also really good (served with 3 different dips)šš» The staff are very friendly and they recommended a wine to go with my steak š· I loved this place and will definitely be stopping here again next time Iām in Hampstead āŗļø
Very friendly staff, nice coffee and hot chocolate, quiet and relaxing upstair on a Sunday afternoon.
Brilliant cafe. Delicious food and lovely coffee. Lovely rear garden seating area.
Cute little place with a large menuāØ
I got a cake and a coffee - really loved that they had a decaf option and many plant-based milks to choose from.
Nice little cozy cafe. We went in for a brunch and tried the full American and omelette. Unfortunately doesnāt have baby nappy change facilities , but they accommodated space for the pushchair (we visited with a 6 months old baby). We understand that itās a small cafe and the toilets are small but might impact our decision to visit again in the future
We chose here because it was close to our hotel and we're able to view the menu at our hotel prior to visiting. The new Google feature of showing the cost per person also showed us it was reasonably priced too which was a factor in our choice.
On arrival we were seated quickly and then served for food and drinks. The food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. I could not see any WiFi codes advertised and I had little phone signal whilst in the building which was disappointing.
Be wary of the optional but automatically added 12.5% service charge, it is mentioned in the small print on the menus but it's easy to miss.
Prices seemed reasonable with my wife and I eating and drinks for £30 including service charge, I let it add on in leiu of a tip.
Overall I eould recommend for the food alone but some touches could be improved.
Always good food and coffe!! Lovely place just a few steps form the heart of Hampstead.
If you have a sweet tooth and youāre in for a treat, their Frech toast is great!! As well, best berry somooties around!!š¤©
Visited this lovely, quaint cafe today for breakfast - it was a bit busy, but thatās to be expected for a Sunday morning. The menu has great variety - loads of choices for breakfast/brunch. We shared the pancakes and some toast on the side. The food was exceptionally good; fresh, tasty and excellent service from the staff.
The owner and staffs were super friendly, had a nice lunch, food was awesome, although felt a bit sorry since the American breakfast comes in such a big portion and I couldnāt finish it haha
Weāve been here twice now. Their sausage rolls are amazing! This time I had a pizza- definitely big enough for two people. My partner had a mushroom brioche- hers was amazing. Definitely recommend the brioches. They also put cinnamon on their chai lattes like a boss.
They have a garden thatās open to visitors at the moment and every table comes with a personal heater in case You get cold.
Will review again with update photos on next visit.
My friend & I were looking for a nice brunch spot in Hampstead, we came across this cafe on google and thought weād give it a try. It did not disappoint! Lovely staff, great service, and the food was very good. The outdoor area was also a huge perk on such a hot day. We will definitely be returning!āļø
Cozy and delicious all-day breakfast spot. Menu has all of the greatest hits from porridge to pancakes, and eggs with just about every combination (florentine, benedict, royal, salt beef, smoked duck, mushroom, avocado and more). Friendly staff, allows dogs and babies, and has a covered garden area. A little gem in Hampstead!
Good cappuccino, great service and yummy food.
We had the veg burger, which was a feast for the senses and the Eggs Florentine.
Definitely coming back again.
I love everything about New York Cafe. The food is lovely and thereās lots of choice. Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Its great that there is lots of choice of seating, either in the main cafe, in the quieter upstairs section or downstairs in the lovely garden outside.
The stairs down to the garden and toilet or upstairs to the upper seating area are steep so may hard for people with mobility issues.
I always like to visit when I am in Hampstead. Highly recommended for food or drinks.
Very nice place with amazing breakfast/brunch options. I went with a friend, we met by Hampstead station and it is 2 min from there. Loved unlimited breakfast idea- you pay fixed price and order any main and a hot drink. ! There is much more space inside than it looks from the front entrance- there is upstairs and the garden behind. Recommended!
