The food and service were fantastic. I marked atmosphere at 3 but only because there were very few people in the restaurant. We were there at about 4pm on Thursday, I am sure evening times and weekends the place is buzzing.

We eat here regularly, and highly recommend it. Lovely little family style Italian, great staff, and fabulous chef. Personal favourites are the steak, lamb, pizza, and tiramisu. We look forward to our monthly visit here and have never been disappointed.

Had a lovely meal here tonight with my friends. Service was amazing, food was incredible. It was a real shame that the lady next to us seemed to have an agenda against the restaurant from the start. People really need to think about how they speak to staff. 5 stars

Lovely little Italian, food was really nice and fresh tasting. The children loved it too. There wasn’t what we wanted on the menu but they accommodated us anyway without any problem. The server lady was very nice.

Lovely little restaurant, relaxing and pleasant space to meet friends or go on a date. Food is outstanding - really happy with everything we have tried. Service very friendly too. I don’t understand why it’s not more packed, even on a wet cold Wednesday at 6pm. Definitely on our list of favourite places to go.

The wine, amazing.
The food ( a little too salty) but seabass very tender, good presentation. Reasonable portions.
The staff definitely needs a pay raise! The waitress ( with pink hair) is very attentive, polite and helpfulz keeps the place in a good condition. If only every restaurant had such an amazing staff!
The place looks clean, toilets tidy.
Good location.
The only thing was missing in an Italian restaurant, was pizza but there's plenty of pizza places around.

I went to this lovelt little cosy restaurant in the heart of Balham last week and had the pleasure to try their food. My favourite dishes so far are the seafood pasta the octopus salad (cooked to perfection) and the amazing creamy authentic burrata!!! The staff is very friendly and the prices are decent for this area of London. There are plenty of seats outside so you can enjoy the fresh air and socal distancing whilst loving the food. Definitely recommended

I dont understand how people come here and rate this restaurant with 1 or 2 star. Thats the best restaurant in balham, lovely food and the service in this restaurant can't never compare with other restaurant or coffe shops near balham. Was everything amaizing .

Excellent food comprised of classic Italian dishes. The amount of food you get for your money makes it fantastic value for money. Had swordfish carpaccio and aubergine parmigiana for starters and both were excellent. The mixed seafood tagliatelle and scallop risotto were very tasty. Every course was very well presented and served by staff who were relaxed but professional. A great addition to Balham and hopefully one that will be around for a while. I'll definitely go again!
EDIT: Have been again post-lockdown, still excellent food. Glad to see it was busy and I hope it goes on to thrive
