We recently celebrated my mother’s birthday at Cottons restaurant in Shoreditch. From booking to arrival to leaving the staff (I think the manager was Charmaine & team) were amazing! They were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They all went the extra mile to make my mother feel special. Thank you!! .. and the food was delicious.

I had my birthday brunch there....Absolutely amazing. Food was good, drinks were flowing, atmosphere fantastic. The services was outstanding. Charmaine the manager hosted our table with her team they were great. We went downstairs after for a games evening and dancing. Such good value would highly recommend. All 21 of us had a great time. Thank you cottons for making my birthday one to remember x

've been here a few times for a bottomless brunch and it is always fun Our drinks are always filled up before they get empty. The price is so good. Staff are really friendly and joke around with everyone. The food is average but the atmosphere is great. Everyone that I've come with is always really happy.

Food is extremely good, however the nice and peas were more like a coconut nice, small but well presented and tasty menu. Nice variety of rum and lovely cocktails. The Shoreditch location is quite new and this was reflected in the service as the staff were quite inexperienced and didn’t seem to know the menu. I’m sure this will get better with time.

This place is incredible, it was so good that I came on a Sunday evening and returned on the Monday evening the next day for another helping. I must recommend the platter for two, the rice and peas combined with the jerked lamb, ribs and chicken was out of this world. For anyone looking to try Caribbean food, this is absolutely the place for you, you will walkout in love with it.

The food was absolutely delicious and came really fast. The portion sizes are very big and my boyfriend and I were so full after we finished. The manager of the store and waiter were very polite and checked if we needed anything and were enjoying our food which was nice. The chicken and ribs were amazing and the rice and coleslaw were perfect. 20/10 experience

Food - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 Cost - 5/5 Brought my mum and her friends here for her birthday (September 2022) and it did not disappoint. It was a first time visit for me so I wasn’t sure what to expect but they truly exceeded expectations! Especially for a busy Friday night. The staff and management were very accommodating, friendly, helpful and went out of there way for us to enjoy the evening. The food was really good, wasn’t completely authentic but rather a lovely interpretation of traditional flavours and dishes. Portion sizes were very generous. The drinks were 10/10 (both mocktails and cocktails), they were extremely generous and gave us complimentary birthday shots too! If I wasn’t so tired and full up, I’d have gotten desert but those that did, enjoyed it. They had a live DJ in and the music was good, everyone was dancing and had a really good time. Great vibe and ambience. The decor is unique, colourful and beautiful. Each booth represents a different Caribbean island and is decorated accordingly (downstairs). Lovely space! Deceptive from the outside, honestly! Thank you to staff and management for giving my mum and friends such a lovely experience, I’ll be back for sure! Parking is fairly limited during the day and only slightly better in the evening. I would recommend using alternative transport especially since their cocktails are strong!

That's a hidden gem in Shoreditch! The atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing and the music was as well. There is a big variety of drinks available on the menu, I had one cocktail and one glass of wine. The food in this place is amazing, from the starter to the mains everything was amazing! The staff was very friendly and professional, Fred even spoke in Portuguese with me. That's a must-go if you're looking for a Caribbean restaurant!

My 1st time here for my friends birthday & it was a great evening. On recommendation from the waiter, I had a duppy killer cocktail, which was delicious. I ordered the meat platter for 1 which was an assortment of meats with a jerk sauce, plantain & rice n peas. The food was Amazing & filled me up, without feeling stuffed. The service was great & with a nice chilled atmosphere & playing wicked music whilst you ate & the price doesn't break the bank either.
