Fantastic fresh fish and super knowledgeable staff, but opening hours are very erratic - it’s often closed up in the middle of the day when it’s supposed to be open. Always call them in advance to check they’re actually open before making a trip there specially.

Beautiful and well stocked display. The fishmongers themselves have a true passion for their work and are always on hand to offer advice. My favourite place to go for fish.

Have revisited as Bournes as it’s perhaps even better. Lots of lovely additional produce, alongside fish, and good prices and friendly staff who know their stuff.

Top marks. Love the staff, they're knowledgeable, full of ideas for meals and the fish is presented beautifully. It's also extremely fresh (to the point where I often jump as one of the lobsters tries to make a getaway) and there's all sorts of additional extras available such as sushi ingredients, beautiful fresh pates and delicatessen goods. I'd much rather pay a little more than ever have to eat supermarket fish again.

I went to Bourne's fishmongers and I love it!
The service was excellent , fresh quality fish for good value for money. I can only recommend this fishmonger. I bought Swordfish, fresh and delicious.

Consistently excellent choice of products which is enhanced by the lovely service provided by Khatiche and Bek. They are always friendly, professional and genuinely warm. Even during pandemic conditions they remain on top of their game making you feel welcome. Their knowledge is particularly helpful when trying new fish and seafood as they will always prepare it the way you ask and also take the time to give you options of how to cook it.

Great staff and great fish. Expensive but worth it. Give great advice for my weekly fish meal.
Kieran used to give me the tips but now the twins have taken over they are brilliant too. Friendly, fun and a pleasure to see every Wednesday.

Great selection of seafood and knowledgeable staff. They manage social distancing well so it feels safe to shop here during lockdown. We've made since great meals from the tasty fish bought here.

The fish was gorgeous. Very friendly and attentive staff and great vibe. Should offer sides or bread to compensate for very small portions. £120 for two with a bottle of (nice) wine was ok but I needed a bowl of cornflakes when I got home!
