The GOAT pop up in Mercato, hands down. It's hidden away but if you know you know. In my work alone there must be ~20 people who go back twice a week for the Korean Fried Chicken. Homemade sauces are out of this world! The head chef was previously privately catering for celebrities around the world until Covid hit, now serving up the good stuff in a pop up setting. GO.

This is a GEM of a food spot in london, the most authentically cooked wholesome Korean food with a forward thinking, modern approach. The Kimchi pancake is a must! All the sauces and marinades are made fresh and the spicy mushroom bowl is perfect for Vegans, many other options too like the popular Korean BBQ beef and Slow Braised Brisket. They have added Soju to the menu, which is a Korean rice alcohol and delicious if you haven’t tried! I can’t stress enough what a good spot this is, your stomach will be satisfied and you’ll want to come back ASAP!!! The staff are friendly and Jan the chef is incredibly talented. You’ll thank me later. :)
