Like any other outlet of this chain. Glad to have been able to stop in since I was really needing a bite to eat and was cold and wet from the rubbish weather outside on the day I visited.

A lovely cafe near Borough Market. My husband and I ordered an iced matcha latte and a chai latte. The barista was very friendly and efficient in making our drinks!

This Pret A Manger location (between The Borough Market & The Globe Theater) has great service. I dealt with a man (sorry didn't get his name but about middle-aged) and he was fantastic in his service. He was very accommodating. Thank you.

Standard prêt a manger. Very spacious, you can get your items very quickly and never have to wait more than a few seconds to pay.
Staff members are really nice, everything is usually well stocked and perfectly clean.

This particular branch of Pret has been my regular lunch place for a while now, and I can't really complain. In terms of food and drink, it's standard Pret - I've never seen anything better or worse than any other Pret. The service is usually quick and excellent, especially during the lunchtime rush. There's some handy seating outside which normally has free space.

4 stars for this type of fast food. It is fresh and of quality. Tested in 4 different locations in London and was tasty, fresh all the time. Highly impressed. Well done.

Great experience in pret today. For the first time ever a sandwich that I had from pret was a little bland - usually they are spot on. I asked if they had any salad dressing to improve it and they went out of their way to provide me with some even though it wasn't something they usually provide. Great service and great sandwich as a result.
