Very very busy. Almost everyone who works there has a Pret subscription and so the queue is endless!
The baristas are working hard - bless them- but it's just very busy all the time

The nicest staff ever!! Pret got incredibly busy over the past few weeks with the 'unlimited drinks' offer, and the staff there are under a lot of pressure. Despite it all, they are always courteous, friendly and really kind. They have the right attitude considering they're based inside a hospital and it's really a highlight of my day to go in there and be served by them. Keep going you guys, you are making a difference in the world of customer service! Merry Christmas :-)

What would I do without the lovely coffee service at Pret. Very friendly barista.

This place is heaving and a good alternative to the M&S that lacks the seating needed during buisy times - as this M&S is by the main entrance to St George's Hospital its more likely to be packed and no seating available.

The usual high quality, high service to be expected from Pret. The difference here is that this is located truly in the middle of one of London's leading teaching hospitals.
This makes it a welcome addition to the eateries available across this large site.
