Anyways one of the best chain for coffee and other. Cannot stress enough to go and try their Italian pancetta sausage bap. Divine.

Popped in for a white hot chocolate mocha on sunday in the morning for my first day back at work in the NHS after maternity leave. Didnt get the barista name but absolutely wonderful customer service was so polite and I asked for small amount of coffee as am a bit sensitive to it and he made the coffee perfectly and was so kind. Made the perfect start of my return back to work with his expertise and kind nature. Thank you very much

A big brand yet located quite conveniently at the Edgware Road Station. This particular Nero has a charm of an old Italian barista and ofcourse their coffee is no nonsense Italian.

My favourite Cafe Nero, Team are kind and considerate! Always go above and beyond to put a smile on there customers faces… have tried their mobile ordering direct from the app as well as ordering in person and every time service is outstanding!
