I was introduced to Cafe on the Hill by one of my daughters and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
The menu offers various options for meat eaters and vegetarians and vegans. You can order a choice of English, American, or Mediterranean breakfasts and brunch. The food is fresh, tasty, and looks appealing. The staff are friendly and the service is great. Prices are reasonable, too. Would definitely recommend.
We liked how they served the beans in a separate bowl😆 Every single part of the food was cooked very well 👌🏻 Their service was also great👍🏻 If you’re 👀 for a lil local English breakfast cafe, this is the right one❤️

I had breakfast this morning, plenty of options at the menu and to be honest wanted to order everything 😅 I had the French toast and also ordered a smoothie everything was fresh and tasty and the food was served very fast as well. Nice stuff and music background. Definitely I will be back. 👌
Lovely cafe! I have been a few times and the food and service is always amazing. The pancakes and veggie brunch are yum and the coffee is delicious. Great value too! ☺️
Totally delicious vegan breakfast which was freshly made. Great service. The next day ordered a takeaway breakfast due to hangover which was just as good. Reasonable price for London too!
It was the best breakfast and dessert I've had in this area. I would recommend it to everyone. Great tastes came together for such a cheap price, I really plan to come every day. I would like to thank the employees for providing such a service to us.🙏

We came across this wonderful little cafe on Brixton Hill completely by chance, we were early for a funeral in the church over the road and thought we would pop in for breakfast
The food is top notch with generous amounts, all well cooked and served with a friendly smile. I had the veggie breakfast, other members of my party had French toast, eggs Benedict and also the carnivorous version of the breakfast

I ordered a full English breakfast it was not to bad and well presented. All items were cooked well. Tea is not included in the breakfast you have to order it separately. The only issue is the beans served with the breakfast are in a tiny, shallow finger bowl which had the equivalent of only three teaspoons of beans. The mushroom portion was very small too. I ordered the bigger breakfast so was expecting decent portions of beans and mushrooms. Apart from these first world problems lol the service was attentive and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

The only downside is the men outside that are jealous and catcalling. Can’t a woman just enjoy her food in peace?

Nice cosy place, a bit pricey but worth it plus the staff are friendly and helpful.

Empty plates it was delicious, one of the best veggie breakfasts I've ever had! The coffee is amazing, Soo happy I got two. Service is amazing so friendly.
My favorite breakfast spot! The reason is that the veggie delight is delicious. I always get the kale smoothie on the side too! I definitely recommend it. Also, big thanks to the friendly staff 🙌
