TL;DR
If you are in London and in search of superior food, cocktails and proper ambiance replete with the option of refined musical entertainment, look no further. If you are a fan of Alfred Hitchcock and would like to spend an evening in his hometown, that’s a bonus.

Absolutely sumptuous meal - fresh ingredients with wide variety of vegetarian options lovingly prepared by the chef. Attentive but non-intrusive waitering made for a wonderful afternoon. As for the cocktails; at last a haven in Leytonstone that has an innovative and creative mixologist, hurrah! Well
This is such a welcome gem to the area. We had hands down THE best veggie roast ever (and my partner said the chicken was also amazing). Incredible wellington, with perfect root veg and gravy. The staff were super attentive and accommodating (when we asked to swap an item on our kids roast). Really
Always have such a great time here. It’s a REAL gem in so many ways. We ate in the main restaurant and had cocktails in the bar before and after. Felt so welcomed, loads of fun and the food was delicious. Thanks for a fab night x
