Five Guys Walthamstow

Great food, hot and tasty, all served with a smile, the staff were really nice, and helpful.the restaurant was clean, as was the toilets, I was dreading using the toilet, but was pleasantly surprised I go to the 5 Guys on12 mile and Telegraph in Southfield Michigan, it was great to see one in London well done guys!! My first impression of the outside seating area of Five Guys Walthamstow was pleasing as it was free of litter on the floor, the outside tables were clean and well positioned for outside dining. I was greeted with a smile and a nice welcome from Garreth. He showed me the menu and explained in great detail what was on offer, and the combinations that can be chosen. For my first time in FG he was very patient as it all looked good. I didn’t wait long for my meal and I sat at a clean table. The meal was hot, the portion size was worth the money. I heard how cheerfully Garreth spoke to customers who needed help at the drinks machine and how professionally he spoke to his colleagues. I would happily return again.

Best place especially today 08/05/2023 i had a fantastic customer services experience at 5 guys Walthamstow Central with Garreth he perform a perfect and unique customer services he was really kind with me and i believe everyone can be happy to see how Garreth treat the customers i can comfirm is a perfect gentleman and 5 guys should have more people like Garreth. Staff are very friendly and attentive here. Training is on point. I have been in to this store, at varying times of day and night. With different people and the level of service has always been exemplary. Went in there recently, only to see a sign addressing the state of play with the delivery company riders and them taking space away from their patrons. First time in a long time that I have seen a company go to bat for their patrons so visibly like that. It was good to see. Definitely another point earned for them. Food is cooked quickly and to perfection. Always handed off to you with a thank you. Definitely always a pleasant experience visiting this store. And let's not forget about the nuts. They give you free nuts in this store. I do know if it's in all branches. Or if every region gives something specific to the region or what, but giving away something nothing is always good in my book. And giving away a little snack size of monkey nuts per purchase, with a store mere yards away from a cinema is just an invitation to do a double whammy in my opinion. So that's what I generally do and it doesn't disappoint. Always makes great movie time snacks. Well done. The bathrooms are clean, and to gain access the code is printed on each receipt. I think that is a brilliant way to keep things safe. Especially if the door code changes everyday. The only pet peeve that I have is that if you get one of their delightful milkshakes you can only get two flavours mixed and not layered. Apart from that the menu is well thought out and executed with delight. The kids portions that are offered are a delight, and to be truthfully honest a kids meal - burger and fries, and a regular milkshake will full most. You are able to build your own burger from the selection of salad and other assortments that are there, as well as sauces and dressings. This in turn means that the burger is not simply a kids burger any longer. I've had that and chips many times and been quite satisfied, taking my time milling over my milkshake.

Had five guys in Dubai last summer, and it was 10/10 without a doubt! The burgers are delicious, the portions of fries and generously sized, and the milkshakes are the perfect dessert. Only downside is that there aren't any halal joints in london. I can still enjoy some fries and a milkshake whenever I feel like it tho.
