Having to close for an hour or more before breakfast is inexcusable especially if they’re claiming to be 24hrs. And McDonalds it’s NOT OK to stop serving fries during breakfast. Also saver menu should be available at all times. And why the hell have you got rid of sundae’s and the chocolate donuts??

Had a refurbishment, much cleaner and no tables downstairs and more of a order and waiting area. Seating upstairs and more staff to clean up it seems, much better experience this week and cleaner, with some security too. Hope it stays that way.

What I don't like about Mc Donald's is the restricted options for Halal food. The only thing we can order are the vegetarian options or fish, although a lot of their customers are Muslim, anyone can eat Halal meat but some can not eat non-Halal, so why not using all Halal.
Not as busy as expected for central London. VERY accommodating staff. Just expect 1 in particular to supervise you filliing out the evaluation survey!! Gave us random receipts!!!
