Had breakfast for Mothers day. Freshly cooked. Not 5 star as lacking atmosphere. We were the only customers here for the most of our breakfast plus restaurant staff and their friends.

Lovely family business, with great customer service and delicious food. Also, I have to mention the lovely decorations with books and squirrels, and the great playlist that was creating a cosy atmosphere.

Tried them today for the first time, and I was very pleased that I did. A hidden gem definitely. For served to other patrons looked amazing, and the presentation is awesome. I had the full English, and I have to say, it's the best I have tasted in and around Penge. I will definitely be going back. The brunch /lunch menu is something to definitely explore.

Tasty veggie breakfast with loads of vegetables (which I know some people don't like but they're wrong). Avocado, tomatoes, mushroom and spinach: all delicious. Friendly service and good music. I reckon they could squeeze in slightly larger tables (we were very snug) but other than that, a lovely new addition to the area.

Excellent service, tasty food and cosy ambient. I felt welcomed and Alex is very friendly. We had the salmon with avocado and pancakes. Love the spring onions on top of the salmon, gave a nice balance to the dish. Pancakes were light and fruits fresh.

Wow. What a great find. We had breakfast this morning at the Friends Place Cafe in Parish Lane, Penge. The food was great. Superb cooked breakfast and delicious pancakes with maple syrup and fruit. Really nice coffee and excellent, friendly service. This café is a real gem and very much worth a visit. The chef in the kitchen can really cook. We will definitely be coming back to sample some of the other goodies on the menu.
