Smooth original ice cream with some unique flavours. This ice cream place is worth a visit. The staff were friendly and let us try a few flavours before deciding. What I like is the ice cream is contained inside tubs without a glass screen which is cleaner and safer. I'm giving 5 stars because it was genuinely really nice and above my expectations. I hope they maintain this standard as they experiment with new flavours.

I love this place. It’s the best gelato I had ever! (no further discussion) my favorite flavor is White Chocolate and Hazel nuts. But if u come to this place for the ever first time. Don’t ever miss DOUBLE PISTACHIO. They all taste creamy (I know it’s made from milk but still creamy) and strong taste. U can easily recognize the different of each taste.

This was AMAZING and hit the spot after walking 25,000 steps today. The line was out the door which to me is a sign of something worth waiting for. There was one woman working and she was so friendly and professional with each customer. I had a double in a cup, one flavor was a special of the day and the other was dark salted chocolate. Topping it off was a little cone with rich creamy Belgian chocolate sauce. Highly recommend!!!

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Try their double pistachio gelato. One of the best I’ve had. They put chocolate sauce into the cone and it make the cone enjoyable to the last bite. Worth a visit if you’re in the area. The flavors changes whenever they have new ingredients.

Wowwww! I am not really an ice cream fan but I love this place. Staff: super friendly, big smiles and always ready to help and patient when choosing flavors. The ice cream its self is great quality, real wholesome ingredients used, therefore extremely creamy and full of flavor. Generous portions sizes, the small is enough for me but normally end up with a couple of flavors as they are so good. The melted chocolate cone and the pistachio cones are also delicious. Hands down best ice cream place in london.

Straight up bussin, would definitely go again after having a large meal. Had the pistachio and hazelnut flavour. The liquid chocolate solidifies after cold ice-cream comes into contact and adds that extra bit of texture

WOW, JUST WOW! 🤯🤤 10/10 stars for Bilmonte! Definitely passed the vibe! You can find them in a small alley of Soho, London. 🍦🍨 💥 Yes, this is THE BEST place for ice cream in London. 💥We ordered double pistachio and white chocolate, served with a free small cone filled with belgian chocolate. It’s just diviiine! 😍 💥Prepare to queue a little, but definitely worth the wait!! (we queued less than 30mins) 💥We will surely visit again soon. Highly recommended! 💯 Oh wait, we have a suggestion for bilmonte! it would be 100/10 if you can add more pistachio bits on double pistachio. 🥰

Queued for 5-10minutes on a Saturday evening. Sadly the pistachio flavours were sold out so we went with a large cup (3 flavours) with hazelnut, dark salted chocolate, and cookies&cream. There was a mini cone filled with chocolate sauce added to the cup. I wish more ice cream places would do this! All 3 flavours were delicious, had a very rich and smooth texture, and lovely taste. The salted dark chocolate was one of the best we've had. We'll be back for sure 👌🍨

Woooow! It's one of the most tasty ice-creams I’ve tried in London so far! They are so creamy. The cone is not the most flavoursome one, but the free whipped cream fix it 😅. One of the best sellers is the double pistachio, but I found the yoghurt one and the Bilmonte better. The dark chocolate is pretty good as well. Service is lovely!

Superb ice cream for those late nights in Soho We visited the Criterion Theatre and decided to skip the iced cream at the interval as we had seen this place as we walked to our site. There were queues out of the door at gone 10pm. We waited patiently and we were rewarded with some fantastic ice-cream for the same price we would have paid for a tub at the theatre. The salted dark chocolate, hazelnut and double pistachio (3 separate flavours) were all excellent and the waffle cone was lovely and crunchy.

Got the medium, double pistachio and salted chocolate. Chocolate was very rich so would pair it with something else that's not as mellow as pistachio. Melted chocolate was warm and hardened when dipped over the icecream. Was a nice touch 👌

One of THE BEST ice creams you’re gonna try in london! Very decadent and light I absolutely loved it, my recommendation is that you get the pistachio and dark chocolate as they were in my opinion better than the coffee flavored one which I often opt for.

I highly recommend this place. The staff were super nice. Real good quality gelato. I would recommend a double pistachio and gianduja combo. Generous portions and all ice cream get free melted chocolate and whipped cream. Medium £5.50.

Absolutely phenomenal gelato, one of my favourite ice cream shops in London for sure! I had just come back from Italy for a week and I was missing all the gelato I had when I was there so I decided to finally try this place out seeing how popular it's got in the last year or so. It was a Sunday afternoon so naturally there was a queue but thankfully I didn't have to wait that long, just around 15 minutes and I managed to get inside the shop quite quickly. I went with white chocolate and yoghurt and wild berries, adding some complimentary Belgian chocolate in a small cone on top. Oh my, the texture of the gelato was so soft and smooth, definitely on par with the standard I had in Italy! I loved the yoghurt flavour so much because it was so refreshing and the berries added a lot of tanginess to the flavour which was great. The white chocolate on the other hand was slightly disappointing as I had expected it to be sweeter, but I could just be too much of a sweet tooth person so not a big issue there. Service was great, waitress was very nice and friendly. Would definitely come back regularly whenever I crave gelato!

WOW!! Spectacularly scrumptious ice creams! A tiny hidden gem, always a line-up and it's worth the wait. Highly recommended. We tried the extremely dark salted chocolate, pistachio, the milk chocolate & hazelnut flavours.
