What a lovely find in Twickenham. Friendly staff, lovely menu and so well decorated. They've made a real effort. I could sit here all day. It's a relatively new place, and would be great to see it supported... It's worth it. The food we had was really well cooked and delicious.

A wonderful cafe, really delicious food. I came in from a rainy day. First impressions where it was cute, clean, the seats were comfortable and would be a great place to sit and do work as it is not to noisy. I went for the Egg Royal. It was one of the best runny eggs I have ever had. The source the accompanied the egg was not to strong as some of them can be. It’s the perfect balance of flavours. Service with a nice salad. It was extremely filing and healthy at the same time. I have since come back and had the chicken sandwich with a Heaven Juice (freshly made in front of you) which was again amazing.

Guys! Guys! Guys! You HAVE to stop here! Literally you have to try this place sooner or later. You know by now I’m quite liberal, but this place deserves a standing ovation. I was hesitant at first (too close to the noisy road, and to my own home) but then I decided to try and wow! I am blown away: salads are always fragrant, rich and very tasty, never sadly dull (the slice of rye bread is addictive, it always arrives warm and fragrant too)!!! Today I tried the sweet crepe, I am moved to tears. Everything is always so freshly made and prepared, and served with an esthetic care and outstanding service. Coffe very good too (said by an Italian grumpy lady like me means a lot! ) Cherry on the cake, staff is super sweet and welcoming as well as very professional and polite. Will be back again and again and again…

The coffee here is a lovely medium roast - no acidity, just sweet biscuity tones; no charcoal or darkness - light and smooth. I normally use a coconut-based milk alternative, but there was only oat, soya or almond on offer (I chose oat, which was actually very tasty). As I went at the end of the day, there wasn't much in the way of patisserie left - so I can't comment on that. The staff was very friendly and relaxed - he didn't want me to pay straight away, and insisted upon bringing my coffee to my table; kettle things like that make a difference. The chairs are comfortable, and it would be quite easy to work here - as they had news coverage on the radio rather than intrusive music. I expect this is liable to change according to when you go in.

Mugs Patisserie has to be my favourite coffee shop in Twickenham. I love coming here on a Saturday or Sunday morning for a slow relaxed cup of cafe and a pastry/cake. It can get busy but not in the same hectic/heaving way you may see in 1-2 other places in Twickenham, nor is it the empty soulless place you see with so many chains. This hits the sweet spot and the pastries are wonderful and coffee great. The staff always offer a big smile on arrival. There is some writing on the wall that says “You cannot make everyone happy - you are not coffee”. A little place of joy!

What a fantastic bunch of people working here. Very welcoming and kind. The interiors are clean and cozy. My toddler loved the pizza, the coffee is very good and the pastries are to die for.

Good to see a cafe open past 5pm. They are trialling later opening on a Friday, so we stopped by for woodfired pizza and salad after swimming. Food was lovely, staff extremely friendly and helpful and raspberry cheesecake was delicious. Would definitely stop by again.

Have been coming here regularly now for a couple of months. It’s a sometimes relaxing sometimes buzzy place with lovely friendly staff and great food and coffee. I’ve tried a few of the breakfasts, delicious! But in particular the cakes / patisseries in the window are top notch. A really valuable addition to Twickenham

Popped in for takeaway cake and coffee, and been for brunch. Both times the food has been delicious, I was especially surprised/impressed by the brunch. I'll definitely be going again!

Lovely pastries and coffee. Friendly service. Also good value. Not sure this place is very well known but it should be!
