Very good waiting staff, friendly and knowledgeable, food was good, some was excellent, some was very expensive (£7 for two small triangles of manchego). Wine was very good. Overall ambiance is Ok but it was very bright (need to dim the lights) and the high stools and small tables make it feel a little uncomfortable, like somewhere you’re not supposed to be able to relax in

I absolutely loved it here. The staff top notch , the food downright out of this world. The bread with oil left me breathless , not to mention the venison that falls-apart-in-your-mouth it’s so tender. We went Friday afternoon and it was nice and quiet. The croquetas made our world turn. The board was perfectly balanced , sweet yet tender. They cook Spanish food better than Spanish people. Price wise a bit cheeky to charge 5£ for pan y tomate but honestly, merited. 100/10 would recommend. Loved it here, find me in there every other week for the next year.

Sadly I didn’t take more photos, but the food was not only very tasty but well presented. The staff were friendly and effective. The service automatically included water and sourdough bread and a pesto dip. Most of seats and table are quite high, which might not to be to everyones taste. Really nice ambiance as well. Not many vegetarian options in their 'main'.

Extremely tasty food! Especially the beetroot dish, so yummy. The octopus was fabulous too. They know about cooking and the presentation of the good is beautiful. Kind service too. I would suggest better chairs, there is one corner with nice comfy chairs. Other tables have barstools without back support. Good for an hour, not for an evening out hanging there for a long time.

This place is lovely. Super friendly staff, very welcoming and just so happy! Large menu of great tapas dishes and lots of hand and cheese options. Very impressed to find txacoli on the wine list 😊 Large windows make this nice and bright inside. The tables are very narrow so you may be bumping knees, feet and other bits with the person sitting opposite you!

Party of 7 (3 vegetarians) at 8pm on a Wed. We had a fantastic time. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the entire menu. For me: the duck and the clams shone; for others: the hake, the pork belly and the  brocolli. The service was perfect and the wines (we tried 4: 1 red, 1 white and 2 orange, 6 bottles total) were an ideal match. We came away full, a smidgen drunk, and looking forward to coming back and trying the cocktails. Crucially too, we came away feeling like we got value for money. 60odd a head felt just right. Lovely space too. We sat upstairs. I can't understand why the place was so quiet. Will be coming back.

Great tapas and wines, served by cheerful staff, in a beautiful, light room with high ceilings. Couldn't ask for more. The standout dishes were non-traditional: the octopus crumpet and the confit fennel with pickled figs.
