We found this place kind of by accident. We did a Google search of restaurants in the area and settled on Grilandia as our choice for the day. We were not disappointed.
From the moment we entered the door, Khalil made us feel like valued customers. The food was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was nice and cosy.
Grilandia is definitely making it to my list of places to visit again.
Really lovely restaurant with attentive staff. Free little coconut cake and baklava after as well highlighting the effort put in from the restaurant. The vegetarian mezze was excellent and the moussaka was so tasty. Also excellent garlic mayo! Highly recommend.
As a big Lebanese food fan, I have been reluctant to go here. Whilst it's not the type of Lebanese food you'd find on Edgware Road, this food was still very nice. The mixed dips starters were amazing with most of my favourite dips and sauces on the side including real Lebanese garlic sauce, which is a massive must! The mains however did not include the traditional shawarma style meat that I have become synonymous with Lebanese food. The mains here are more grilled style which I was hesitant about but actually quite enjoyed. Not as good as the shawarma style food, but still very good and enjoyable! The actual restaurant itself was extremely picture-esque and a good backdrop for some new Instagram content with extremely nice and attentive staff. The bill came out to be a tad bit pricey but given how much we enjoyed our afternoon here, we left feeling good, especially with the complimentary baklava at the end of our meal! Will be trying out the other branches hoping they're as enjoyable as this!
Such a beautiful restaurant with really tasty food, but the highlight for me was definitely how sweet the staff are.
I had a crying, teething baby with me and they were so so helpful, gave him a fresh apple juice to try and cheer him up, and carried him so I can put on his jacket. They were so attentive and lovely and it made the experience even better.
Also gave us really tasty free dessert :)
10/10
A lovely experience at lunch with family. The staff were very great, served with a smile, the food was nice and simple and flavoursome. The baby grill chicken was beautifully cooked and flavoured. Complimentary baklava and fruits were a lovely touch in the end. Highly recommend this warm and cozy place.
Stumbled across this fantastic little restaurant on an evening out with friends. We’d not made a reservation, but the staff told us to come back in 15 minutes and they’d have a table for us. The restaurant was busy. We had a bottle of South African Sauvignon Blanc and some meze which included flat bread, hummus, halloumi and a garlic (Allioli?) dip which was incredible - the most garlicky allioli ever! Main dishes included prawns with rice, chicken skewers and lamb cutlets. The food was very good, the service was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer.
Came here on a Saturday evening for dinner with family. The restaurant was busy. The service was amazing, very friendly staff and the food was delicious too! We had the set share mezze/grill menu as it included all the best bits and was great. Even took our leftovers home and enjoyed the next day. Will definitely be coming back!
Such amazing food. We chose the set menu for 2 and it was phenomenal. Service was so attentive and we met the owner who was so welcoming. A real diamond of a restaurant to visit. Please go there.
Awesome place! Service is a bomb food also !
The food was so great that we didn’t get the picture. You know it’s good when you forget to take a picture 😅🫢
All is left the compliments from the chef, which where sooo tasty 🤩
Good Middle Eastern food with fresh ingredients and a pretty interior. Hospitable staff, especially for our party of 14.
Falafel and Baba Ghanouj were delicious, halloumi salad felt overpriced, very watery, hummus a bit flat too.
Overall though, authentic Lebanese food is hard to find - would recommend!
