Great quality coffee in Chelsea. Friendly staff always smiling. It’s a great service here. I think the manager Robert has very high standards. It’s nice to see such standards in a small business not only high-end Restaurants. Perfect blend of quality without being pretentious. Today 3 staff stood out to me: Daisy, Oliva and Isabella. Thank you.

Overall experience was ok. Flat white was extremely caffenaited; I know it has 2 shots of espresso but I never had one to be so so strong and bitter. My truffles mushrooms with scrambled eggs on toast was very good, just a bit too oily. There were probably 3 tables that had people, but service was still a bit lacking and I constantly had to go to the counter to ask for something/order etc. Anyway, don't wanna seem like a Debbie. It was cute, but could be a bit better. Don't get the blueberry brownie, enormously sweet. Just sugar.

Beautiful interior with plenty of seats, and when it’s sunny the door are all open so it’s beautiful and good for people watching! Good service and the food came out quickly. The scrambled eggs were super delicious and creamy and the coffee was great too. Would recommend and will be returning to try some more of their menu (the breakfast sounds amazing!).

Speaking of coffee, the speciality coffee here is absolutely divine BUT the cold press juices are my FAVE! They even have a “mix your own” option available for those of us who are juice snobs. But that's not all! The food here is simply outstanding too. I highly recommend the Charlotte’s brekkie with the smoked salmon. The brekkie is packed with more than enough impossibly delicious selection especially the chia bowl. I also can't resist the Zucchini fritters - they are just perfection on a plate! Overall, Charlotte's Cloud in Chelsea, London, is a gem that truly stands out in the neighbourhood. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I’d always wanted to try out this place because I live near by. Last month I finally made it and I ask myself why it took me so long?! It’s a great vibe and ambiance, service is fantastic, the food is so delicious and also visually pretty and the coffee is the best I had in Kings Road! Don’t waste your money in those franchise shops that sell s* coffee Extremely great options for brunch and I meant not the boring standard dishes but interesting twists in the traditional brunch dishes. And for a fair price not those overpriced places you usually find in Chelsea! I recommend to book a table because it’s ALWAYS super busy and now I know why!
