The Pig's Head - London - Photo album

A top tier establishment and meal. The staff were outstanding, very attentive. They were very understanding and careful with a nut allergy which is always appreciated. The wine selection is delightful. Setting is charming and very snug for a winter roast. Food was also exceptional. I really apprecia
When my sister came to visit me in London, we decided to try the roast dinner at a recommended pub. Despite a longer-than-expected wait due to their busyness, we understood. The staff, who seemed to be the owner or manager, informed us that they had run out of pork meat and were cooking a fresh batc
Brilliant roast! Loved the potatoes, the cauliflower mash and generous serving of gravy that accompanied the beef and lamb roasts. Really loved the sticky toffee pudding that came with a generous serving of toffee sauce. Service could be improved as it didn’t seem overly busy in our area but we ha
Oh my God, I don't even know where to begin. The BEST Sunday roast I've ever had. Everything, from the meat to the gravy and roasted veggies was fantastic. The sticky toffee pudding is the perfect way to end a perfect meal. Cannot wait to go back!!
The most amazing roast, was really impressed. Everything was cooked to perfection and portion size was really good. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Regularly go for a roast and this is hands down the best; would definitely recommend!
Lovely dining environment, friendly stuffs, great food, nice atmosphere, good option for a weekend brunch! We’ve ordered the beef, lamb and pulled pork, I like the lamb very very much, will definitely recommend to friends to come here for a pleasant dining experience;)
Delicious food. Sustainable. Good vegetarian selection of meals. Enjoyed corn on the cob with ricotta, organic mushrooms and peas in the pod. Good service
Brilliant pub, the Pigs Head is great. The meat is butchered on site ( vegan options available) a lovely place for a beer and food too. A brilliant place, thank you to the staff!
Delicious food, great wine list and exceptional customer service! A really nice atmosphere inside and I enjoyed learning about the business’ sustainable practices through its farming and sourcing methods via the little details on the menu. Staff were knowledgeable and took the time to discuss the wi
Been here a couple of times now, and my visit today compelled me to leave a review. The daily rotating menu means there's always something new to try, and Maisie our waitress was very knowledgeable and recommended just the right thing. The panchet was so good and massive portions too! The pub is suc
Incredible pub, probably more value for money than the other overhyped pubs in the clapham common area. Sirloin steak was class and the beef fat chicken salt fries were delicious. Buttermilk fried chicken was super tasty would recommend as a starter. Will be back here again.
Excellent food and excellent service. We had Sunday roast. We tried the brisket and the vegetarian option and everything was delicious. Gravy on point. Very friendly staff as well.
A great place to stay and relax enjoying food. The Sunday Roast is absolutely special. Great service and friendly atmosphere.
Loved our experience here. The space is beautiful and the food is so well presented and delicious! We had the chicken pie to share, the charcuterie, and the steak with beef dripping chips! Can’t wait to return.
Really excellent. Attentive service. Thoughtful menus, and the execution was spot on. We thought the venison was brilliant (don’t let medium rare scare you) and the chicken was very nice (just a bit over salted on the sauce however). I was surprised to see a French Malbec, which was one of the best
Let's get this out of the way: this was by far the best Sunday roast I've had in London and probably in the Uk too. The Pig's head is a lovely gastropub tucked away in Clapham Old Town. The atmosphere is cosy yet buzzing with the room filled with chatter and laughter. The food is absolutely top-notc
Amazing place, so glad to have found it. Very cosy, staff very friendly and great at service (quite rare nowadays in London), food was very nice and at a very good price. Will come back for sure.
The best roast dinner I've ever had at a restaurant. Cannot recommend it enough! It's totally worth the extra few pounds to be miles better than any others in the area. Also had the sticky toffee pudding which was yummy.
