Tamta House recently catered at our company get together - and I can’t record it highly enough. Authentic, delicious, traditional Indian food. Super service with fresh grills in the tandoor. Arjun and his team were fantastic!

A fantastic meal. Excellent butter chicken, and the malai ice cream is a must! All of the food was delicious and fresh. Exceptionally friendly and polite staff. Thanks for a great evening. I think we have found our new favourite Indian restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful evening dining here. Every dish was tasty, fresh, and incredibly well made. Arjun, the chef and owner, came by our table to personally ask us about our experience and make sure we left content. We will most certainly be back!

We had an exceptional meal here with extended family. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, primarily vegetable, and they were all wonderful, without exception, a real treat. Highly recommend!

Delicious food and love that the chef came out to check everyone was enjoying themselves and the food. Atmosphere was calming and good for conversation Only slight point I'd raise would be is that we were slightly disappointed when we first were seated and were handed the drinks menu, requested a mocktail and then were told only wines and beers are available. Not sure why so was disappointing as we don't really drink alcohol so having a treat drink with our meal out on a Saturday night wasn't possible as only option was a cola. In line with this we both finished our drinks before our meals and were not asked if we wanted another and we also were not offered dessert menu when we finished eating. TLDR: chef, food and atmosphere are fantastic Drinks and wait staff ok but could be better.

Simply amazing! We went to eat at Tamta house at a really odd time, around 4:00 pm. The restaurant was supposed to be closed, but we were lucky enough to get in during their break time. The chef and the staff were great, they helped us decide the entire menu, had a great conversation with us, asked where we were coming from, what would we like to have and so on. Now coming to the food - 1. Dal makhni was great, very creamy and well balanced. Amazing taste 2. Saag paneer - nice and spicy, I could feel the taste of Delhi sitting in London. Loved it and probably the best saag paneer I have had in London. 3. Chapati - they usually don’t do chapati, but because we came at a odd time, the tandoor was closed. The chef was so kind to make chapatis just for us as we didn’t want to have rice. The chapti was a bit thick, but nothing to complain as he did it on our request and we felt very full by the end of the meal. Overall, an awesome complete meal, we will definitely be back and absolutely recommend it to everyone who wants to have authentic Indian food.

This is a true north London hidden gem. 2 mins away from the Golders green station. Excellent food and service. It felt like a posh restaurant. We are from the sub continent and I can confirm this is authentic food done right. The chicken was nice and succulent and the gravy was rich. The naan was fresh and the rice was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be coming back. The chef came out to ask what level of spices we expect. Needless to say he sounded very well trained and in our conversations we discovered that he has worked at multiple Michelin star restaurants. I could feel his experience in the ingredients used and the presentation with fresh butter melting. Definitely check it out for yourself !
