Having tried ELT's teas at a function, I ordered more of their Earl Grey variants. ELT contacted me to tell me the parcel has disappeared and replaced it plus samples, before being chased. Well done ELT.

I first had East London teas at a hotel in London. I enjoyed them so much I bought their hackney breakfast and earl grey loose leaf in bulk. I am happy that I did. They are both great.

I bought some teas for a Christmas present. They have not been tried yet, but they arrived in beautiful tins and were well packaged. Customer service is A1! I’m sure the recipient will love my choices.

Discovered the tea at a hotel in London so bought some leaf tea in tins for my house when I got home. Beautiful blends and flavours and great refillable packaging. Quick delivery and a large range of tea to choose from. Will definitely be purchasing again
