A gem of a restaurant in West Norwood with a huge and well spaced out interior serving authentic Italian rustic style food at really reasonable value for money. It also has a small delicatessen of Italian products at the back and a selection of gelato at the front. Highlights were the rabbit with polenta and a generously portioned seafood pasta. Owner was comfortably running the place solo on a Wednesday night and was charming.

Amazing restaurant in West Norwood! Lena and Matteo are so welcoming and make you feel like at home, except you eat better than in your own ;) Food is delicious, service is very attentive, menu and wine list are updated regularly and the value for money is just unbeatable. We would come weekly if we lived closer

A wonderful find after going to the Picturehouse. Superb food, service and even air conditioning on a roasting hot day. Also unusual to find a great unfiltered beer in an Italian place.

Service with a smile and bread that was so fresh that you could taste the difference. While the choices are few, this is a great place for vegetarians. The flavours were mild and well balanced. The seasoning was just right to add the hint of flavour without drowning the taste of the vegetables. The food itself was light. No unnecessary oil even in the crispy bread, which is often loaded with butter to get the right browning. The cheeses were fresh and soft which made for a great feeling after the meal as well. The seasonings were light on salt, in fact the bread with the Buratina may have had none at all, but that only added to the taste in combination with the pepper and zucchini (courgette).

Lovely atmosphere! I went there on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it wasn't crowded. The service was quick and the food was commendable!

This place is such a hidden gem! We come here very frequently! Every time we come here, there is a new menu which never bores you! The food is excellent! Very delicious and refresh! Cooking techniques are wonderful! Price is cheap too! I can spend a whole day here! Don’t forget to try out their kids menu if you take your kids with you. Only £6 comes with appetiser, pasta, drink and ice-cream! It’s such a great deal! Also they have a various choices of desserts! The restaurant is so clean and the atmosphere is very cozy. Friendly staff with excellent service!

Excellent food and service! The staff were lovely and cheerful. The food was delicious. If I lived in London, I'd seriously eat their lasagne every day! My father had the Sea Bream and thought it was great! <3

A great Italian restaurant where you get well looked after, great Italian food, great service and the best value for money. Here you can also stock your kitchen with Italian products. The atmosphere at dinner time is very special.

Great and relaxing place to spend your afternoon over a chill lunch with a friend or with laptop doing some work mid day. Always smiling and welcoming staff, traditional, homemade food and always changing items on the menu so there is always something new to try. Highly recommend! Yet to discover their dining experience!
