I’m a regular customer. I started visiting the shop around 12yr ago. I moved to a new job in North London, where I worked for 2 years, during that period of time I didn’t visit any Delice. A year ago, I came back to my old job, since then I recovered my status as a regular customer. I usually purchase a medium latte and some pastry several days per week

Rushing to take my train to Basingstoke, the team managed to make me a nice mocha while engaging me with a conversation and up selling at the same time. Great customer service with right level of staff for the morning rush.
