Brilliant culinary experience. Talented chef, clean modern ambiance, really different. Great selection of wines. We had a six course set menu for £90pp. Every course was presented beautifully. Luscious, extraordinary flavours. We had bottle While Austrian wine(£48), clean crisp and refreshing, beautifully complemented the 1st 4 courses. We had a bottle of Sicilian red(£53) to go with last 2 courses. No menus to chose from allowed us to indulge in great conversation. Service was exceptional.

Had an amazing experience last night with the 12 course menu. Each course showcased the skill of Carlo Scotto and his team. This restaurant is a must for any serious foodie. Thank you for such a great night.

Had the pleasure of dining at Vinum the bar below Amethyst restaurant and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable - servers were knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The wine selection was impressive and the sommelier, Ennio was exceptional in his recommendations and pairings. The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented, with each dish showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. Special thanks to Chef Carlo for his culinary masterpieces! The manager, Orsi, also deserves recognition for her hospitality and making sure everything was perfect for us. Overall, Vinum exceeded my expectations in every way and I highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you to the entire staff for making our evening so special!

My partner and I had a wonderful meal at Amethyst last weekend. We opted for the 12 course tasting menu and were blown away at how beautiful each course was; so gorgeously presented and delicious! The wine list was extensive, and we enjoyed some after-dinner cocktails too. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived and found the staff warm and friendly, with a relaxed and fun atmosphere amongst the guests. I particularly loved the layout of the restaurant with the long table with a strip of amethyst running through it, it was a very unique setting. It was a very special evening, we would absolutely go back again :)

We had amazing, tasteful 12courses menu with nice wine pairing. Atmosphere is truly special, all guests are dining at the same table together, without loosing any privacy. Acoustic is so advanced that we could have intimate dinner and conversation with my hubby while watching chefs in action and their every step in completely open plan kitchen. Whole staff is highly professional, accommodative and friendly. Filippo knows his wines very well he will amaze sommelier and still create wonderful experience for you if you have not clue about wines. I can be critical to last detail but was nicely surprised and highly recommending!

We booked a 6-course wine pairing dinner but adventurously went for the 12-course tasting menu instead. Love the interior and the food. Service team was excellent. Very good selection of wine too. Highly recommend for relaxing, peaceful ambience and quality fine-dining.

A truly exquisite dining experience! The tasting menu is exploratory & creative, with wonderful flavours from around the world. Service was impeccable as was the attention to detail and presentation. The black cod in particular was outstanding. I highly recommend booking at the Chefs table to soak up the atmosphere of the open kitchen, or the wine cellar if you want something more intimate & cosy.

Quite a different and surprising tasting menu. Loads of spices and flavours you don't find in similar restaurants. Enjoyed every moment except the gap between dishes, sometimes felt too much (30min).

Delicious innovative fusion of modern European food with elements from Japanese cuisine. Lovely chef's table setting, great friendly service with a wonderful sommelier. Highlights for me were the starters - in particular the scallop and grape and salmon with foie gras.
